I adore Dr Mock. Getting my bladder botoxed was an amazing blessing. But his office staff are just not very good. Seriously. You stand at the Check in window, one gal’s wearing house shoes, another one is eating, and it’s like if you need something, it’s a bother. Then there’s the fact that they don’t accept/admit fault. I had an appointment today. They called and said THEY have to reschedule. Then I look at Epic and see the cancellation reason is ‘Patient’. Ohhhhhh no no no… it’s not the patient’s fault. The reason is not me. I made this appt with clear intentions & instructions. I even called and CHECKED with the office a couple weeks ago because I have a labiaplasty on the 23rd and we thought it’d be a good idea to have that done beforehand. So, no, the reason for cancellation is, according to Christy, the main appt making “people don’t know what they’re doing”. So, I’m going with why not a little extra training for the appointment people. Cause now, I’m back in a double queue, I have to now wait for you to send off for authorization. That may not happen til Wednesday or Thursday, then BCBS will process at the speed of dead things to get an authorization back to you, then someone in your office processes it in a couple days, then it’s passed to someone who’s gonna call me and make an appt for ohhhh, what do you think the availability is at that point, 2-3 weeks out? So, in doing my due diligence, I am NOT getting my bladder botixed this afternoon. It’ll prolly be 2 mos from now. Either way, the cause for the cancellation is not me. I still adore Mock, I’m established so I don’t want to go anywhere else. But, of and when I finally get my bladder done, if they’re still a bad three ring circus, I’ll get a referral for someone else. Which is truly tragic, cause, Dr Mock is amazing.

We have used the clinic here for years now and every experience we have had has been fantastic. I wouldn’t trade my doctor for anything. I love the support we receive. Staff is friendly nurses are informed and always willing to help! I would recommend this hospital and its staff and doctors to anyone!

I love Dr Nyberg as my Doctor. However unless Integris and United Healthcare agrees to come together and make an agreement, Integris would be out of network and I will have to find a different Dr., along with a place for mammograms, bone density tests, hospitals if the need arises for me to go to ER or be admitted, which I pray that does not happen. I really do not want to do any of that, but I may be forced to. I know Integris is working to try to come to terms on this and I appreciate your efforts.

Dr Clapp is an excellent physician. He has always helped me on a consistent basis. I feel very safe and secure being under his care. I would recommend his services to anyone. His office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I am providing a 3-star rating, primarily due to the exceptional care and communication skills demonstrated by RN Jan. Her outstanding listening and comprehension abilities truly made a positive impact, and she is undoubtedly deserving of recognition for her dedication. Additionally, I would like to express my interest in transitioning my primary care to Dr. Madeline L. Mahoney, a female physician within the same clinic, with whom I believe I would feel more comfortable. I believe that facilitating such transitions could greatly enhance patient satisfaction and comfort. Improved communication regarding the process and policies for changing primary care providers, prescription refills, timely responses to messages sent via MyChart would be highly beneficial to ensure clarity and patient-centered care.
