Tracy was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough about the air quality testing service i was receiving. he notified me before starting of every step that would take place and its duration. additionally, he informed me of the post process and what would/should/could take place if my results were negative or positive. everything went exactly as mentioned and i received my results in exactly 24 hours. the results were pretty easy to understand. i followed up with questions to clarify my readings and Tracy was patient and informative. i would recommend this company for all of your air quality testing needs and concerns.
