Immediate Care of Oklahoma - I-240 & Sooner Rd

I needed an UA for my new employment. I walked in, showed my ID and the company code. I waited for about 20 minutes and then was called back. It was completely professional and fairly quick. I didn’t love the UA process, but such is life. Overall a great experience. Also the lab tech that checked me in and took my test was very friendly polite and professional. Thanks!

I was seen immediately. The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly.The medical assistant that took my vitals was also very attentive and professional. The Dr who seen me was very nice I wish I could remember everyone’s name. I was seen on January the 2nd around 6pm one of my better experiences. The staff was supper great! I was not in the best spirits so they very compassionate.

I would not recommend seeing physicians assistant, Keeley Walsh (sp?) if you want to receive help. A complete waste of $50 for the co pay. I was seen for a sinus infection and she would not write me a prescription for an antibiotic. She said it was viral even though sinus infections can be caused by bacteria and she had no way of knowing and just wanted me to wait a week and a half. I have 3 family members also seen at the same clinic this week, that were given steroids and antibiotics for their sinus infection diagnosis. Keeley however, is on power trip and practices “conservative antibiotic medicine”. I can appreciate not getting a prescription for no reason but I’m miserable and that’s is why I went. My family members were feeling better the day after starting their antibiotics. She did not care just wanted to show her power by not providing a prescription. Acting like I was asking for hard core drugs. She said “they” don’t give antibiotics for sinus infections unless it’s been a week and a half. I told her of the other provider that did give my family antibiotics and that is when she told me she is conservative with antibiotics. She told me to take Claritin and Flonase which I told her I had been for 3 days and it wasn’t working. She didn’t care and said to increase fluids. My OB also prescribed me an antibiotic for a sinus infection about 2 years ago while I was pregnant. It is a common practice but she doesn’t care and doesn’t listen. The rest of the staff was so friendly and very professional. When I left Immediate Care I called my OB, who is an actual doctor and has been in practice for many years, and she called in an antibiotic for me immediately. I hope Keeley is humbled at some point in her career and aims to help people instead of practicing her power.

I love the staff here. They are quick, efficient, and professional. They take time to explain symptoms and treatment well. Came in with a insect bite and was treated quickly with steroids and antibiotics.

The staff was phenomenal!!!! Great upbeat attitudes!! The male nurse was extremely patient with my young son and the entire staff just really worked well together. It's literally one of the easiest and quickest visits I have ever experienced. Everything just seemed to flow. They also gave out some sucker's and stickers on the way out. Small things like that just make all the difference for kids. This was our first time here and from now on be my go to urgent care! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars!!
