Hands down the BEST auto repair shop I have EVER been to. I will never take my 4Runner anywhere else...EVER. If you need real professional work at a reasonable price, great customer service, timeliness, and great communication from a family team that's passionate about what they do, then Brad and Ashley are your team!

Allstate sends me to them for what I thought was an estimate on 1/23. That day was pouring. There shop is located in a sketchy area with a tricky entrance. Anyways, I get there, was directed to a dark office where Ms Ashley was. Asked me to sign a consent which I thought was for the estimate and that they were going to check availability for parts. At this point I was going to use them. 2 weeks later, I didn’t hear from them so I called but there phone did something weird and I was unable to leave a message. Tried again last week same problem. Finally I was able to get I in touch and spoke with Ashley. It started off well like I am following up on my estimate and when does she think they are going to get me into five my car? It went bad when she was saying we ordered it and it says 4 weeks but we don’t know for certain. Then I mentioned about the phone thing and she goes we know and that it’s a Hawaiian telecom problem. Well it’s your problem that your customers can’t leave a message or if you don’t call to let us know the status. It upsetting driving around a dented car that wasn’t my fault. She was so rude that I decided to called Allstate to see if I can use another shop. While I was calling Allstate, Ashley calls and tells Allstate I have to come to pay for the part's, or Allstate has to pay them even though I choose not to owe them. I told Allstate they can pay them for the parts and I will gladly go there to pick it up. I refuse to use a business that is rude. I don’t care how good you work is if you don’t have courtesy to others. I’ve dealt with insurance and claims before and have never walked away and not used a shop. This will be a first.

I was very happy with the attention and care my vehicle received. Their business presents neat and orderly and their estimating and followup was top notch. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely manner and beautifully repaired.

This place is the BEST!!!!! Seriously. They are the nicest, most efficient, best autobody shop we have ever been to. They gave an accurate assessment, provided a reasonable appointment time, completed the service exactly like they said and provided text updates as things progressed. And on top of all that, they were super friendly and helpful with questions. We loved them and would highly recommend them!!! 5 stars. 100% amazing service.

Awesome I needed my grill replaced after some vandalism, and they were extremely quick and professional. I definitely recommend these guys. Top notch service. AAA+ rating.
