Home Services Plus - Eastside

Home Services Plus LLC was contracted for a bathroom remodel and a kitchen new floor installation. From the beginning there were communication issues with the project manager David Sasi. There were quality issues with the physical project on site and coordination issues with David and the people doing the work on site. Upon further research, we found that the majority of the reviews giving this company their 5 stars were likely forged and any reviews seemingly written by actual customers were negative, reflecting a shared experience of poor quality workmanship, lacking communication and overall suspect business practices. The following is a list of issues, though not comprehensive: -David told us that the project would be done by September 7, 2025 and we agreed to the project with that specific stipulation as a member of the household had a knee replacement a few days after. The project was not completed until well into October (final payment from us was 10/13/25) -The incorrect flooring was initially installed in the kitchen, leading to it needing to be taken out and a new flooring found and reinstalled. The kitchen flooring was not all installed correctly either and now squeaks. There are holes in baseboards and some are not nailed down properly. -The wrong vanity was installed. We did not fight the company on removing and replacing due to timeline issues. -The shower was not sealed properly and has several holes in the grout, which will inevitably lead to water damage, a cost to fix which we would potentially incur due to their defective workmanship. -Receipts were not kept properly by project manager David Sasi and record keeping is poor. In January, a representative of Home Services Plus LLC, whom we had worked with on the project intermittently when David Sasi was non communicative with us. This person agreed that the kitchen flooring needed repair and the bathroom needed to be resealed/regrouted. A few days later, two people came out to apparently fix the floor, but due to not having extra flooring, they left. We did not have follow up as to if they would be back or what the plan moving forward is. As of today, the company has not called, texted or e-mailed us back, despite an apparent 1 year warranty on all work completed- "Home Services Plus LLC warrants that all work performed shall be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion". This indicates that Home Services Plus LLC has a duty to respond to our outreach and replace or redo the defects that have been we have found by 10/13/2026.

Overall, the experience was amazing. Ann, the project manager, especially has been super easy to work with. She is responsive, takes feedback and implements them right away, she is compassionate, understanding, and just an amazing person in general! I had my deck redone, kitchen remodeled, garage work, expanded one of our bedrooms, and most importantly the siding and made the front of the home look especially gorgeous and definitely now have the nicest looking house on the block!

The craftsmanship on the custom hood vent is a work of art. Daniel is a true professional who knows how to manage a high-end Eastside project
