We signed up in one of the stores to have fence work done and we’re contacted by J. Andrew‘s Fence company. They did good work on the fence, but the only thing I had a problem with was how long it took to actually get the fence done. Before they first contacted us in September and said they would come out to and do a quote I didn’t show up after scheduling several times. After no one else contacted us I signed up for services again and they contacted us again. Unfortunately, the work was not done until January 2026.

For this review, please keep in mind that we literally live within a 5 minute drive from the South Bay Home Depot. As in we've walked there before. On 12/30/2017 we ordered a fridge from the South Bay Home Depot because our current one broke down and no longer refrigerates properly. The order went through very quickly and a delivery was scheduled for 1/4/2018. So far so good. Of course it doesn't get delivered that day, but after we call to ask they tell us they changed the delivery date to 1/6/2018. They even called us to let us the night before to let us know that the fridge would be delivered between 10am-2pm. Still not too bad. But of course nobody shows up. After contacting support and being put on hold twice they try to put the blame on GE for "not delivering the fridge to the warehouse" on time. We're not too happy with Home Depot anymore. After complaining to them again, they rescheduled the delivery to 1/10/2018. Lo and behold the delivery guys show up... but refuse to deliver the fridge! Something about there being no parking on our street (there was, just farther down) and that parking on the main road (which is 20 feet away) wouldn't work because there was "too much snow". Seriously?? We live in New England. Why even bother opening during the winters? Anyway, it's now 1/13/2018 and we've been on hold trying to contact the Customer Support line for over an hour. And every minute we're reminded that our "call is very important" to them! Sure... maybe it's important to them, but it'd be nice if they let is show! In conclusion, I'd absolutely recommend ordering a fridge from Home Depot in the future, so long as you're OK with continuing to let your food rot because they can't get their act together enough to deliver it!
