Absolutely terrible awful frustrating and lazy service. Cannot say this loud enough… AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are an extremely sketchy company who helps home warranty companies (Cinch) make bogus repairs instead of helping the customer actually replace/repair appliances properly. THEY LITERALLY TOLD ME AS MUCH. When attempting to work through some questions, they were OUT RIGHT HOSTILE towards helping me with a confusing situation. They couldn’t even get me a part price for a part they were about to install. Insanity. I have a 30 year old water heater and they are pushing me to FLUSH AND FIX IT?! Dangerous and borderline negligent. Any lawyers reading feel free to contact me for more.

I had plumbing issues and American Home service Sent Home Service Corporation to my home. Kevin is the plumber that came out and he was very professional and did a job well done… if you need a good plumber… please call the office of Home Service Corporation and ask for Kevin…

I truly wish I could give zero stars. This is the company my home warranty picked for me and I will never let them do that again. My main drain needed to be snaked out due to roots which requires a large snake with a cutter on it. After waiting a week! A father and son team came and spent a total of maybe 15 minutes at my house. They brought a tiny snake that only made things worse it went from draining slowly to not draining at all. They left after advising that the job was complete. My basement then began to flood because we still had to shower and use water. I called the company and after 2 more days they send another guy he was nice and very knowledgeable but he came with the same tiny snake and I advised him it would not work and he would need the big snake he advised he didn't have one on his truck and that he would call my warranty company and have them change the request to a different company. Then he left solving nothing at all. So, I took the day off work just to have my time wasted.The new company was Whitney Services they came out the very next day and did a great job ! They actually equip their plumbers with all the tools needed to complete ANY job! If you need a small job completed they might be fine but any larger jobs needs to be left to a more competent company.

I just had home service corp out to fix several issues at my properties and was generally very satisfied. The staff were professional and patient with me, even when I lost my patience with them. Two separate technicians came out and expertly assessed my problems quickly, fixed what could be fixed or completed the repair at the next visit. Job done well. Thank you.

What an AWESOME experience!! Lee was the ultimate professional from the 1st phone call until he completed the job. Lee was able to do what a technician from another company could not. My kitchen faucet installation was done quickly and looks amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Lee has the best personality, energy and professionalism that I have ever experienced in a service technician! I would highly recommend Lee for any of your service needs. I will definitely use Lee again whenever the need arises! A++ customer service experience!!
