I had a great experience working with Home Resolution. A bedroom in our home had water damage on the ceiling and I decided to google local contractors around me. I noticed that Home Resolution had good reviews and I decided to call. Ben, the owner, spoke with me and was able to get the information he needed to give me an estimate. His estimate was fair. He also took his time to explain and answer any questions I had. He set a date and a time for his workers to come out to our home. They showed up in a timely manner and were able to diagnose that the leak was coming from our roof. They were able to repair the roof and the bedroom ceiling in a timely manner. The owner even made sure that they found shingles that were a perfect match to the rest of the roof. Throughout the whole process, Ben kept me updated. Since the repairs, our area has had heavy rains and we have not had any issues with leakage. You can see that this company does a great job and has integrity. Highly recommend!

Benjamin did a fantastic job remodelling my condo in the warehouse district. The work was all really high quality but what made this project such a big success was the excellent communication and planning. I've never worked with a contractor who was so good at communication. Benjamin never failed to let us know exactly where we stood and what was happening next. There were only 2 delays during the entire project- a hurricane stopped work for a couple days and some of the shades from the 3rd party arrived damaged. Neither of them were Benjamin's fault. I would highly recommend working with Benjamin and his team.

We connected with Benjamin and the team to remodel our condo. They did a fantastic job, installing a completely new bathroom, all new interior doors and shutters and in the kitchen new counter tops, cabinets, sink and amazing tile. With a fresh coat of paint and all new light fixtures, the place is looking great. What I really loved about working with Benjamin was his management of the job and his best in class communication methods. We were kept up to date, always knew what was happening and when. I would highly recommend Benjamin and his team, the best remodeling company that we have ever worked with.

I have used Home Resolution for three different projects. I first called them for damage done to my house during hurricane Ida. About a quarter of my roof came off and had water damage to a couple of rooms. They were quick to respond and matched my insurance claim. I then had to have an exterior wall replaced due to rotten wood and then had a laundry room addition to the house. For each job there was a contract that outlined the work in the order to be done and a payment schedule. Almost every day Ben would call me to update me on what was done and what will be done tomorrow. He kept me in the loop with whatever issue would come up including when to expect the crew if they were running late and why. He was always easy to get in contact with. The entire crew were very nice and polite and tried did their best to work around us. They were great in explaining everything they were doing, what options were available, and were very easy to work with. I know of some horror stories about contractors and was very nervous at first but I have total confidence in this crew to get the job done right and as soon as possible without taking advantage. Benjamin renovated our bathroom in a very timely manner and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! He went above and beyond through every phase of our project, from planning and design to building. His team was professional, well organized, respectful, and precise. Benjamin communicated with us every step of the way which helped ensure a stress free and easy experience. He is truly the best contractor we’ve worked with!
