I absolutely love the nurses and doctors and staff BUT that xray lady needs to retire. Why are we waiting hours upon hours for X-rays. She is never in a hurry. We’ve needed X-rays multiple times and every time it’s almost a whole day process. It’s ridiculous. I’ve had this same complaint for years and no one does anything to make the process more efficient.

The billing department is always something I dread calling for. On multiple occasions i have been berated by the billing department staff for asking why i was billed. That is quite literally their job description for billing questions. I was told to “calm down and let her finish talking” while asking a question about a bill i received. I love my nurse practitioner, but do not enjoy talking to billing.

As someone who works in healthcare, I never imagined I’d need to write a review like this, but I believe it’s important.My 84 year old father-in-law was experiencing classic UTI symptoms. Was told if I drew blood and brought them to the lab results next day. If needed antibiotics would be called in. Labs were drawn on Monday afternoon to confirm a possible infection but we never received a follow-up call on Tuesday. I left a message. No return call. Later, I found out the provider wasn’t even in the office that day. Wednesday came another message, still no return call. Thursday morning, I called again. No response. Finally, I left a voicemail specifically for the office manager, who eventually got back to me and said, “No one called you about these results? I’m looking at them now. It shows the provider reviewed them” Exactly that’s why I left a message for you no return calls and I wish I could say this is the first time. This isn’t just poor communication it’s dangerous. People’s lives are on the line. Anytime we’ve been to this office, the front desk staff seem indifferent and disengaged. This experience just confirmed it. Healthcare professionals should know better. This office needs to do better. I know people get frustrated dealing with the elderly… but Be better.

Dr. Yu and his staff were absolutely AMAZING! Absolute best visit I’ve had with my two littles. My boys loved chatting with the doctor and offered him hug after hug. Super patient and friendly. I’m convinced there is no Pediatrician better!!

Dr. Pacheco and his team have been a great resource to me as my Primary Care Physician. He’s really great.. We have an open dialogue, he’s accessible through their app! Im easily able to communicate, schedule appointments, get refills, and review any results. It’s kinda like having a DR at your finger tips..
