Seriously the best repair service I’ve ever had. Robert and Chris (sorry if this isn’t the correct spelling, Chris!) are very knowledgeable, considerate and just all around great people. Definitely trust them with your next needs! I’m so extremely happy with their work and so glad I chose them! You won’t regret it! I will definitely be calling them first with any home issues!

He came the same day of, and did an outstanding service. My water heater was failing, and he fixed the issue in a timely manner. I’m thankful we chose this company. Plus he was very responsive and easy to work with.

Seeing that he is a veteran I really wanted to support Rob, but I've had to give up and move on to somebody else. My first contact attempt was by phone, but I was unable to leave a voicemail and the message said to send a text. I did, at 4:49pm on Monday December 1, 2025. Rob texted back at 7:28pm, which I considerable reasonable amount of time to reply that night, understanding he may have been working, getting dinner, etc. I would have been fine hearing from him the next day. I explained the issue, that I had a leaking toilet supply line I didn't want to replace myself because I was worried about the main water valve, so I wanted the main water valve replaced, and he could do the other toilet and sink valves in the house as well. I also asked for quotes for a few other jobs I needed done around the house, ending my text by recognizing it was late, so I was okay continuing the conversation the next day. He said he would contact me the next day. He didn't contact me, so I called him on Thursday December 4. Based on our schedules, we set an appointment for Wednesday, December 10. The nature of the work was confirmed, and he told me it would require him to coordinate with the City of Fort Madison to have them turn off the main water so the household valve could be replaced. I called on Tuesday, December 9 to confirm the appointment. I found out Rob had a doctor appointment the next day because he was having some health issues, so he would not be available for our scheduled appointment. I was understanding about that, and we rescheduled for Friday December 12 at 8AM. On Thursday December 11 we started getting a lot of snow in the area. On Friday December 12 at 8:14AM I was out shoveling snow and received a call that, because of weather, Rob would not be able to show up for an hour or two (he may have said an hour to hour and half - I don't recall exactly). The point is, it was snowing the day before – the storm was not a surprise that morning – and he could have reached out Thursday night, or earlier Friday morning (i.e., not *after our scheduled appointment time). The hour+ for him to show was more time than I was able to wait for him to arrive because I needed to get on my way to work. He asked if I still wanted him to come, mentioning that he wouldn't really be able to do any work anyway since that work would require coordination with the City. I couldn't believe he was telling me now, this morning when he was already going to be late, that the City issue was going to be the cause of a delay for any work he could do anyway, as if he didn't know about it until now. I said I needed to call him back. With the surprise of his call I was frustrated with the lack of notice and communication, so I said I needed to get back to him. I called him back about 15 minutes later. I let him know we could reschedule, since there was bad weather and he couldn't do any work without City coordination anyway. I also let him know that while I was sympathetic to his doctor/health issues, that I needed to get this plumbing issue resolved. It had been two weeks already, and any further delays would result in me finding another plumber to get the work done. After giving him this ultimatum he remained polite on the phone, but there was a noticeable shift in the tone of his voice. We scheduled an appointment for today, December 18. As I post this review it is now 12:10PM, and I still have not heard from Rob. I called the City of Fort Madison a little bit ago to ask if anyone had scheduled having my water turned off today. City employees confirmed nothing was scheduled, meaning Rob has not been in touch with them. I am sympathetic to having medical issues and needing doctor appointments - we are all human and things happen. However, communication has been severely lacking, with no confirmation of appointments prior to the scheduled time, calls of delay not coming until after a scheduled time, or (as today) no call and no show at all.

He showed up the day I called and was able to fix our toliet. Great. Next he was supposed to fix a leak from under our sink and dish washer....OK, he needed to go buy the part and be back. He was unable to come back that night and said he'll be back the next day. He showed up, knocked on one of our two doors. No one in the house heard him. He left without texting or calling us. I gave him a call. He told me, he was there and there was no answer and left a business card because he had another job to do. Ok, fine. He said he would try to be back that evening or the following day....guess what! Never came back! No phone call or anything. So here we are over a week with 0 contact from this man. I choose this business because it's a business operated by a veteran, like myself, big mistake. So be cautious trying to set anything up with him!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Rob came right away (regardless of his workload ) and was able to do the work as soon as possible, even with the doozy of a shape my newly bought home was in. He worked quickly, efficiently, and very effectively. He is super down to earth and doesn’t give you the run around just to make a buck. He’s as real as they come and is highly recommended!! I won’t ever call another plumber! Thank you so much for giving my shower and water lines life again and fixing the many issues as brilliantly as you did. I look forward to working with you on my other bathrooms remodel!!
