Update: the blinker wasn’t working so I took it to the shop thinking it was the bulb needing replacing. Turns out the job was done extremely bad and the wires weren’t even attached for my blinker. I ask Saul if he would cover the cost to repair it here in Dallas and he blocked me. I really liked him and his wife and they seemed like honest people, but don’t be fooled. Avoid this place at all costs. I was never rude or mean and paid on time and was accommodating to Saul whenever he called. This is totally crazy. Not like this is a difficult fix and it cost me $150 in Dallas but after Saul talked about honesty and integrity then treating me this way makes me want to warn future customers of his true colors. Sub par work and bad communication isn’t something anyone should deal with. I’m also not sure how he has so many good reviews. I got in a wreck and needed my car fixed fast. Saul knocked the project out super fast and at an unbelievable price. 10 out of 10 would go see Saul. He’s super honest and treated me with more respect than I’ve gotten from any other body shop. I’m not even from Little Rock, but I’m happy to know the entrepreneurial spirit is alive in Arkansas. I wish Dallas would have more of Saul’s spirit he brings to Little Rock. Update: Saul gave me a call and sorted it out with me. Still the work was not fully complete but the communication was clear and apologetic which takes a big person. Thanks Saul.

I backed into a pole damaging my right rear quarter panel. This is a cash repair. Nice honest home owned business. I’ll post after photos asap Raul did a great job

Very impressed by the service provided here! I got in a collision with my Honda Civic, and lost the front bumper. Mr. Flores accepted my car the day I called his shop, and was even able to complete the job in 2 days!! The paint job is so seamless, even for a rarer color like mine. It was a reasonable price at only $1.1k, when another nearby shop tried to charge me $3.4k for the same thing! Excellent work! Very highly recommended!

I got caught in a bind & needed major repairs done for a customers vehicle. After calling around North Little Rock and either being turned away or told it would be 2-3 weeks before anyone could do the job I was very stressed as this was a time sensitive matter. I checked for any other shops in the area and came across Flores Body Shop and within 2 minutes I had spoke with them, told them the situation & made arrangements to send the vehicle over to their shop. Service was great, the price was very reasonable & they got the vehicle back in great shape for my customer! Very please with this shop & will be send many more vehicles here for repairs!

My 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee was badly damaged towards the rear when a tree struck it during the tornado. As you might imagine, all the local body shops were flooded with jobs after the storm. Many of the shops didn’t even get back to me with an estimate. Saul worked with me to source replacement parts and explained all the work he would perform to restore my vehicle. The most impressive part was cutting the damaged corner off my Jeep and doing metal work to transplant one from another. Not only did Saul and his crew do all of this work within my budget but also turned around my project within a week! They even went above and beyond detailing the inside and outside. After the storm, there was broken glass and all sorts of debris inside and outside. When I picked it up, there wasn’t a single reminder that it had been in the storm. Saul works on handshakes and his word. Highly recommend him for quality work.
