Truthfully, I typically prefer to go to a privately owned shop, but Fine Line was open on Saturdays, which was a huge benefit for us. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised that the service we received far exceeded our expectations. Eli and Traci were exceptional to work with. They set expectations for a time-frame, then delivered in half the amount of time initially estimated. Our car looks fabulous, and the cost was perfectly reasonable for the parts and the quality of labor performed. I highly recommend their services!

Came to Fine Line Auto Body with my Range Rover Velar from a rear end collision and the staff here was phenomenal. They took it upon themselves to process my claims and had my car fixed in no time. They also provided me with a car rental that greatly helped while my car was in the body shop. Timely updates and clear communication eased up my experience. Will highly recommend this place to anyone needing an impeccable fix of their vehicle. Thanks to all the staff members of this place!!

Best body shop experience ever! I cannot thank Eli, David, and Traci enough for taking such great care of me! When I first walked into the shop, their customer service really stood out to me. I could tell they truly cared about helping me out immediately. They handled everything with the insurance company, making things less stressful and kept me updated throughout the process. The repairs are perfect. They even detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up, won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

I have used Fine line on three occasions and have had nothing but excellent service. my truck looks brand new. Eli and Tracy gave excellent customer service. If needed I would return to Fine line and recommend it to anyone needing body service. The Lewis Center shop is the best.

I hit a deer on 270 heading west bound going 70mph. Eli and his team at fine line (Lewis center) fixed, what looked like, a vehicle at the point of no return. The vehicle was finished within 3 weeks after they took possession and looks fantastic!! She drives like nothing even happened, delivering a flawless, smooth ride. The professionalism and precision to detail by this crew is exceptional and they truly care about their work integrity and customer satisfaction. Service, that this day and age, is hard to find. Thank you Eli, Dave, the entire team! You guys are experts in what you do!
