The staff and my PCP, did an amazing job working with me and my disability. I was have mobility issues and they came out with a wheelchair and took in the building and I registered in for my appointment and I went to the back to see my doctor within 15 minutes. When the appointment was completed I was given my next appointment date and taken back to my vehicle and the staff made sure that I was okay and made sure that I was safely in my van before they went back into the building. They did an extremely amazing job. I highly recommend them. The doctor and staff really care about the wellbeing of their patients. If I could send them on a cruise for a vacation I would. They are amazing and they care about you and your family’s healthcare.

The office staff are all so nice. My husband and I see Dr. Al-Omary and really really like him. His nurses are the sweetest. He doesn't rush, he really hears us and he's so funny. You don't find any doctors like him anymore!! We're extremely happy we decided to go to Family Practice Associates of Southern Hills.

I visited Family Practice Associates to establish a connection with a PCP since my former doctor was now doing a different practice. Upon arrival, the staff was cordial and explained to me exactly what needed to be done prior to seeing the doctor. Afterwards, I waited for 20 minutes and was then seen by a nurse almost at the exact time of my appointment. After the preliminary tests were done, I waited for approximately 10 minutes and then saw the doctor who would be my new PCP. He was friendly, personable, and had a sense of humor. He was very welcoming. He asked thorough questions to ensure that all my concerns were addressed, prescribed preventative treatment, and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I was not ushered in and then used out, which was greatly appreciated. My overall time was satisfying, and I have no doubt that my health is in good hands with the medical professions that I met.

Dr. Malek H Al-Omary is a truly exceptional individual who genuinely cares about each of us and prioritizes our well-being. Over the past 16 years, he has diligently followed my health, and I am immensely grateful for his compassionate and caring care. During my initial visit, Dr. Al-Omary greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. He took the time to meticulously review my medical history and the results of my previous visits on the computer. He explained each of my health concerns in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring that I fully comprehended my condition. Dr. Al-Omary inquired about my current health concerns, and I thoroughly enjoyed having an open and honest conversation with him. After attentively listening to my concerns, he provided valuable insights and offered practical guidelines to help me manage my health effectively. Occasionally, he would share a joke, which brought a smile to my face and made the visit even more enjoyable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the nurses and office staff for their unwavering support throughout my medical journey.

Dr. Osborne is personable, engaging, and creates an atmosphere where I feel completely comfortable sharing any concerns without fear of judgment. The staff is genuinely courteous and demonstrates sincere concern for each patient’s health and well-being. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming—everyone contributes to an environment that feels like home. The services are prompt and efficient; from check-in to check-out, the entire process is seamless and typically completed within 45 minutes.
