Ashlea Lucero is the best provider I have ever had! She genuinely listened to my issues and instead of brushing it off like my previous providers have (at a different clinic), she ordered tests and referrals to specialists. I am so grateful that she believed me and showed empathy towards what I have been going through. I know she is impacting other peoples lives as much as she did mine. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. Her nurse, kassidy, has also been super nice and helpful. She is quick while also being thorough, and she always follows up on stuff that she said she would.

Find another Healthcare provider. I went in for my annual check up. Jen Dufy, my primary, never came in to review or see me. I had one major concern and two minor questions. None were addressed and I only was able to talk to a nurse in training. The major question being a pre-stroke or heart attack concern. I was told make another appointment if I wanted to see or ask her about these concerns. Which seemed worrying as this appointment was over two months. They sent me for blood work and I went same day. Two months later they finally reviewed my lab results. This place should remove Jen Duffy from their roster if they truly care about their patients. She's a danger to her patients and Family Medicines reputation.

Jennifer Duffy-just another rude incompetent New Mexico practitioner that can’t perform simple tasks and has very poor listening skills. In 25 years I have never had a practitioner that couldn’t pull up my Tri Core labs. She never called in my 2 prescriptions as discussed. She was supposed to have her assistant recheck my blood pressure before I left and she wanted me to sign release forms. Instead she escorted me out of the exam room and in her snippy little rude voice wished me a good day and walked off leaving me lost in the hallway. She was solely focused on her agenda not mine. It seemed that picking up her children was more of a priority than my healthcare needs and concerns. Her tone and body language was unprofessional. A complete waste of both my time and money! What has happened to healthcare and patient care in New Mexico?

I've been with Family Medicine for sometime now, but will not be returning. I have never been late to an appointment, I've treated the staff kindly, and I've made sure my balances are always paid. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 8AM. Due to awful traffic on the highway, I called approx. 30 min prior (while en route) saying I would be running a bit late but that I'm making every effort. I arrived at 8:09AM and was told I needed to reschedule because, "that's what the NP said." The grace period is 7 minutes, I missed it by 2 minutes. After an hour in traffic, and with no habit of ever being late, to be dismissed so rapidly was disrespectful. How many times have I arrived early to sit in waiting for 15min + for a physician to see me? No policy is so unyielding that an established patient with no record of being late should be dismissed after TWO minutes.
