I had a fantastic experience with Dr.Kendra!! I’ve been wanting to get allergy tested since I moved to austin in June of last year, and I’m so so glad I found this office. The appointments were very easy to schedule and went off without a hitch both times. I had allergies/reactions to things I never would’ve even considered. Kendra is so charismatic and made me feel very comfortable in her care. Great bedside manner, very thorough with explanations, and she gave me all the next steps I need to help get myself on the right track with my diet. Im not kidding when I say I learned real life changing information today after my tests. I am so grateful, and I will be back for retesting when the time comes. I can’t recommend Kendra, and this office, enough!!

My first time visiting this office was better than expected. From my first interaction with the front desk associate Ann Marie, I felt at ease and like I was a priority. After filling out paperwork and a short wait (maybe 5 minutes), I was called to the back, where the MA, Claudia, was kind and patient. Then, meeting with Dr. Trevino was great as well. He was a great listener and very knowledgeable. I knew after my first visit that I no longer had to search for a doctor's office. Thank you for the stellar experience.

I had an amazing experience at Family Medicine Austin today. From the moment I walked in, the entire atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comforting and the vibes and aura were right immediately. The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. A special shoutout to thee amazing April, who is an absolute gem. She truly listened to all of my concerns, took her time, and made me feel genuinely cared for, not rushed or dismissed. You can tell she truly loves what she does. If I could give this practice 1,000 stars, I absolutely would. This is exactly how healthcare should feel.Thank you 💕💕💕💕💕 P.S the nurse who drew my blood on the first stick needs a raise 😭 that was a FIRST for me most of the time it take multiple nurses to hit my veins for a blood draw. She was such a sweetheart!

I have been getting weekly IVs at family medicine. Kaitlyn and Paul are always so welcoming when I come in. I usually come straight from work so it’s nice to be a nice dimly lit room with animal planet on the tv. It makes me feel so relaxed. I see how attentive they are to the people that come in. They have great bed side manner. So happy. I found a place like this. Go see Kaitlyn and Paul! They are so amazing!!

I had a great experience at Family Medicine Austin. Jillian was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. Her medical assistant Tae was just as amazing—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the visit. Together they made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. The staff was welcoming, and I truly felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend this clinic and team!
