We received maintenance from Lu for water heater and conditioner and from Ethan for HVAC. Both were polite, professional, courteous, efficient, and effective. Each explained their processes in terms we could easily understand and explained where our systems stood in terms of reliability and offered tips and enhancements for us to examine. We are exceptionally please with the services we've received from Express and will not only use them in the future we will recommend them as often as possible. Thank you.

First time I needed an electrician And I had no idea where to go. I put a request on Next Door And was flooded with recommendations. I decided to pick your company, which was the best decision I’ve ever made. Cristian is probably one of the best Technicians that have ever been out to my house. The way he explained everything thoroughly, his calm demeanor, no upselling but suggestions. My floodlights in my kitchen had gone out And I assumed the switch wasn’t working, Of course before Christian came out, they started working again. But I still needed him to check the switches,Which ended up being fine. But in the meantime, the family room which is right next to the Kitchen, my fairly new fan and light had stopped working completely, and I just assumed it was part of what happened in the kitchen.. It turned out it wasn’t, but Cristian but told me it would probably be a good idea to replace the switch because he had noticed an arc in one of the wires. Of course, I told him to go ahead. Why the lights went out in my kitchen I will never know, but I’m glad that they did because I never would’ve known about the faulty switch in the family room. If I have any future problems, I will definitely be asking for Cristian . I’m also going to be using other services that they offer at this company. I got an appointment the next day when I called. Prices were reasonable, and I got a Great electrician.

After receiving an invitation to have them inspect my HVAC system I called and they responded in an exceptional way. From the initial call, scheduling, arrival and the inspection everything was timely, informative and professional. The technician who came to my home, Houston was extremely thorough and explained everything going on with my HVAC in understandable terminology, making the decision to have a follow on cleaning a logical outcome. Houston returned and did more thorough and professional work on the cleaning of the HVAC. Joe came and repaired our outdoor faucet and pool fill line including the shut offs and did a very thorough and professional job. There were no surprises and he was on time and did the job in its entirety. Now no leaks and it looks great. I would definitely recommend Express Home Services and especially Joe!
