This was my first experience at Elite Auto Body Shop, and I’m truly glad I gave them a chance. After a collision left my bumper dragging, I searched for the nearest body shop and decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly swift, professional, and helpful. Even though I brought my car in close to closing time, they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and that my car was recovered promptly. Kuba and the rest of the team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent throughout the entire process. They clearly explained which parts needed attention, what additional services were recommended, and why— all at a very reasonable price. I got my car back in pristine condition faster than I expected, and they greeted me with the same kindness when I picked it up. I highly recommend giving them your business. this was my first experience with auto body repair, and Elite was AMAZING. they were kind, respectful, personable, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the process. they even cleaned both the inside and outside of my car which was really nice! they turned a stressful experience into one that was completely worry-free and seamless. i had my car back exactly when they said i would (10 business days) which made the process even easier. if i ever need auto body repair again im coming back here, no questions asked. so grateful for the awesome team here, they truly live up to their name!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Very grateful to have come across Elite Autobody on yelp. I gave them a call and they were able to see me within 30min for a quote which was a fair reasonable price. It worked out even more that it was a local shop not too far from my house. My mom had a bit of an accident in my Mercedes cla 45. Kuba I believe his name was made sure I was able to get in asap. I greatly appreciate his phenomenal customer service. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. Because of that I ended up adding on additional service repairs that my car needed. Elite auto did amazing work fixing my passenger side doors and my driver seat functions (seat adjustment/heat) in an efficient amount of time. I’m very well pleased and will be back for my breaks next. Thank you everyone at Elite auto, you guys are amazing !

I recently took my Mercedes-Benz GLS to Elite Auto on Harry Hines, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Since it’s a European vehicle, I was honestly very nervous about where to take it — but these guys completely exceeded my expectations. They are extremely professional and clearly have strong experience working on European cars. The quality of their work and customer service is better than many big-name shops I’ve dealt with in the past. What really stood out to me was their honesty. Multiple other body shops insisted that my lift gate needed to be replaced, which would have been very expensive. Elite Auto, on the other hand, took the time to actually assess the damage and recommended repairing it instead — saving me a significant amount of money. The repair work itself was outstanding. The dent was fixed perfectly, and the car looks fantastic. No shortcuts, no pressure, just honest advice and excellent craftsmanship. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, especially for luxury or European vehicles, but Elite Auto has earned mine. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, integrity, and top-tier service.

Kuba and his team are awesome! They fixed my Toyota Highlander so well it looks like it never even had a problem. They even gave me a great discount, and on top of that, my trunk door that used to get stuck halfway—yeah, they calibrated that too, even though it wasn’t part of the original job. Honestly, they work like they’re fixing their own cars. Super neat, super careful, no shortcuts. I actually found them through Google because they had the best ratings in town—and now I know exactly why. Thanks a lot, guys! You definitely earned another happy customer.
