Can't judge things by just looking at it get moisture testers and other good stuff like that. Everyone cant afford to get several inspections glad I could because if I would've just got your inspection only I would've bought a bad house. You missed alot of stuff. Shouldn't have to be supervised to do a thorough inspection especially if im paying all that money. And if youre not able to access certain things maybe you should offer a refund or partial refund for the service you weren't able to do because you couldnt access it.

My husband I bought a home yesterday for our family. Mr. Dear’s service has been key to it being safe and efficient to meet our family’s needs. He was professional, approachable, honest, and responsive. In our experience, there were nuanced details to our home that we would not have known needed attention were it not for Mr. Dear. Pricing is fairly reasonable and he also reinspected the home for our final walkthrough at a digestible fee. With this, he saved us thousands of dollars because his re-inspection identified necessary repairs of our HVAC system and condenser that we have no skill to diagnose! He’s timely, has modern technology to assess the property, and provides a thorough report. We recommend him highly.

He is the best. He came in a very professional manner and he told me exactly what the problem was and gave me a solution. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He gave me a lesson on sewer and plumbing. I will always recommend him to others because he not only cares about his work, but he cares about the people that he is helping to

Communication was second to none. As a first time home buyer I didnt know what to except during the home inspection process. During the initial conversation Marvin walked me through the scheduling process. Afterwards he followed up with me to ensure I selected the proper inspections required for the property. While inspecting the property Marvin contacted me to let me everything was looking good and he would be sending me the report in a few hours. The inspection was very thorough with a detailed report of all current and potential issues. His communication skills and patience really made the inspection process very easy to navigate.
