I hit a deer and my front end was pretty beat up. I immediately knew where I was going to take my car for repair. I have been to Easy Bay before and it was a great experience then. From the moment you call to set up the appointment they are all professional, knowledgeable and kind. The rental was already waiting. Insurance company had already been talked to and they were able to answer any questions I had at the initial appointment. I got updated on the status via a text message app, which was great. And if I had any further questions I could call and ask no problems. When it was all done. It was so simple and everything was taken care of. I recommend this place to anyone who asks. I have sent friends and family there. Great company, great service, great people.

East Bay Autobody is truly outstanding! Their work was exceptional from start to finish, and my car looks better than ever. What impressed me most was how they kept me informed throughout the entire process with clear updates, honest communication, and genuine professionalism. It made everything so easy and stress free. I highly recommend East Bay Autobody to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!

I went to Eat Bay to get the paint repaired on my Subaru Ascent after some extensive paint issues developed on my windshield pillar. From the first phone call and estimate to the final step of picking up my car, John and his team were polite and professional, and did prompt and excellent work. They were transparent about the costs and the scope of work that needed to be done on my repair, and when I picked it up you could not tell there was any paint issues at all. I genuinely don’t see a reason I would go anywhere else when I need body or paint repair, and I’ve since brought another vehicle to get more extensive work done. I absolutely recommend John and the East Bay Auto Body.

I can not express how happy I am with my experience at East Bay! Lori and the entire team were amazing from the very beginning. My car was hit and coming from someone who has never had any auto body damage to a car before it was such a relief to have someone as kind and patient as Lori working with me every step of this stressful process! My car looks absolutely amazing and I will forever be grateful for every single one of them! 100/10 recommend East Bay Auto Body, no hesitation!
