We went in to complete our USCIS. Picking up the package is after 3pm and they were able to have everything ready within a few days. Would recommend to anyone else going through the process.

I need a LMN for my FSA expenses and the doctor gave me a very vague one that for sure got me rejected. She told me I can get a new one if needed but there’s no way to communicate at all (one way communication) so I called them and they said they need to charge me for another 50 dollars for more detailed letter and not covered by insurance. I can visit any doctors like 10 more times using the 50 dollars to get 10 letters as my co-pay is 5. The WORST clinic ever and they are greedy as hell.

I transferred from OM to this clinic, and unbelievably DMG is worse. This clinic has an archaic one-way communication system therefore there is no way to communicate directly with the provider. Instead you must call (typically a few times before someone picks up) and then speak with the gatekeeping nursing students. I spoke with one student, KH, requesting that the MD order labs for phosphorus and vitamin D given my current medical situation which includes a broken bone that’s delayed in healing. I had just seen Dr. Grenier for my initial assessment (annual physical) two weeks prior, and these labs were not included, hence my request. KH challenged my request rudely and told me that she would transmit my message to the MD and call me back. A week later I have just now received their message instructing me to book another appointment with Dr. Grenier to assess the necessity of these tests. The entire experience has felt bizarre and is a major red flag. Further, this inadequate level of service is unacceptable in what will soon be 2026. Update: Vitamin D was actually included in the list of labs that were supposed to be ordered from the annual physical. This was missed, however, and instead (as mentioned above) I was directed to schedule another appointment to determine the necessity of the test along with phosphorus.

DO NOT COME HERE.. if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment they will cancel it. I was 15 minutes late due to commute across the bridge and when i called the front desk to ask about parking they just told me there is a garage attached, no mention of what street and did not know the price. no useful information. PARKING is horrible very inconvenient they do not validate. the garage attached to the building charges $20 an hour. no opinion on the physician as I did not get a chance to see them. you should validate parking for your patients and maybe give a 24 hour confirmation call and inform them of your ridiculous late policy. none of which i recieved. do better.

Absolutely unreasonable billing practices! Never going back here! Got charged extra for annual physical 2 years in a row! The first year it was for 'extra time' because I asked questions to Dr.Howard about my health and how to read the results. This time it was for a diagnosis code for something that already showed the previous year - The doctor literally re read my file and started offering suggestions when I didn't ask for, and I was charged for extra consultation for a new diagnosis!
