Given all the available urgent care options, I would avoid this place if possible. Our negative experience might have been isolated; however, the wait time wasn't awful (we were the only ones there) but from the onset the questions concerning my wife's condition seemed to be very vague and it was almost like they were waiting for us to tell them how to treat her illness (we're not doctors and were looking for guidance). The person we saw was very inexperienced and lacked basic medical knowledge to give us any sort of direction. To top it all off, they recommended a chest xray and sent us to an imaging place down the street (because they did not have an xray technician on site even though they were open and have an xray machine), only to find out when we arrived at the imaging place (whom were very nice) we were told that the imaging place does not take walk ins past 4 pm (we were there at 6) and they had told doctors now this multiple times, yet they kept sending people. Extremely disappointed- the last thing you need when you're sick enough to seek urgent care is unqualifed and unorganized care.

I went there for what I thought was a bad cold and after a chest x-ray found out I had pneumonia. I was seen by Dr. Eric Stanek and he was wonderful. He listened very carefully to everything I had to say. After learning, I have a long history of pneumonia. He prescribed the best antibiotics. Everyone there seems to truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them

I have never seen a medical practice more incompetent with billing than this company. My child had two visits that would be covered by the ChampVA. They can not figure it out. I was sent to collections without ever receiving a bill or call. Spent hours on hold, leaving messages trying to get a call back. Asked for itemized statements, never received. The issue still isn’t resolved. I have an HSA that would cover any remaining balance but they still sent me to collections. DO NOT go there. It’s not worth the hassle.

I had a truly pleasant experience during my visit with Dr. Eric Stanek. He is incredibly respectful, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to listen. His calm and reassuring manner made the entire appointment comfortable and easy. It’s clear that he cares about his patients and their well-being. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness he showed throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Stanek and his staff! They take the time to really listen, ask thoughtful questions, and explain options clearly so you feel confident in your treatment plan and moving forward. They are excellent at balancing clinical expertise with empathy and genuine care for their patients. You never feel rushed — they are attentive, respectful, and supportive. The nurses and office staff are also wonderful — friendly, helpful, organized, and the overall experience is always professional and efficient. Every visit feels smooth, professional, and respectful of your time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
