I was in for cutting my finger and got two stitches! I was seen right away. Everyone was very sweet and friendly! Dr. Blaire Runde was phenomenal! She was really good about explaining everything what was going to happen, and answered all my questions. Definitely 11/10 would recommend going there!

I was house sitting and did not have a doctor in Des Moines. This place had good reviews and was close to my daughter's house. They were wonderful. I reserved an appointment on line, check in was quick, the nurse and doctor were both friendly and did a wonderful job. I was not feeling good at all but I found myself smiling and laughing through out the appointment - it was relaxing - as relaxing as a doctor appointment can get. I had several tests, with results back quickly. The doctor recommended medications and confirmed that I was fine with those. My pharmacy is in my home town so I had them sent there. Within in hour, my pharmacy sent me a note letting me know my meds were ready so they were quick on submitting the prescription. I would go back here if I needed a doctor while in Des Moines and I would recommend them to anyone looking for urgent care.

Great experience. No wait to be seen. Labs done right away. Both the nurse and the PA were caring and friendly. Both listened to what I had to say, not an in and out appointment with a provider that is in a hurry, writes a quick script and runs out of the room. I definitely recommend Drs Now for urgent care needs!

I always have a helpful experience here. The only reason I don't think good experiences because if I'm there I'm sick so it's already not fun but they are very personable and do their best to get you in quickly. The nurse I see most of the times is absolutely amazing and I feel bad but I'm terrible with names so I don't remember her name but she is just so kind and remembers people. All the providers I've seen have been so professional and wonderful.

Provider was down to earth, kind, not abrupt, very thorough thoughtful competent and respectful. I am very impressed with this facility as a whole. I originally started treating here due to needing a couple places stitched up and was, and continue to be, so impressed by the entire staff, people who want to be there doing the good work. True service providers with a calling to really care for their fellow humans.
