Fiancee had 12:45 appointment it is now 2:16 and she is in the back and doctor still hasn't come in the room to see her. This is her first time here as a new patient. Not a good way to make a first impression. Just saying 😟😞😞😞😞

Great facility, all the way around; from the sidewalk leading you to the building’s atrium or the amenities provided (vending, seating, & tents. If they provide a service you need, find a way to become their patient.

I have been going to DMU for years for both myself and my children. I appreciate their thoughtful and comprehensive approach to their patients and also love that it is a learning College for the next generation of care professionals. In particular I have been going to Dr Parrott for quite a while and she is great to work with and very patient oriented

I had high hopes for this clinic, and while the front desk staff and secretaries were lovely, my overall experience was deeply disappointing. After my visit, I waited weeks for referrals that were never sent, only to realize I had never even been billed for the appointment. I reached out over a month later and was told the doctor was still behind on charting. This kind of delay is not only unprofessional—it raises serious concerns about how patient care is managed. I expected timely follow-up and at the very least, communication. Unfortunately, I received neither. For a medical practice, that’s unacceptable.

Dr. Seth Quam has been so helpful in identifying some issues I have been having in my foot and ankle. He always has students with him, and he provides a lot of great guidance and does a good job of explaining what's going on and what they are doing to try and help the issues. I have found his explanations to be really illuminating and the care has been good and helpful. I'm happy to have found this doctor in clinic!
