Dallas Medical Specialists

Every staff was cordial, personable and professiona. Dr. Ighani is amazing! I was forced to find another provider. I am glad my coworker referred me to this clinic. I feel like it's where I belong. God answered my prayer to find a provider that cares.

I called on yesterday Wednesday January 28 2026 spoke with a guy he was very helpful. I told him my daughter had bill there and I was calling to paid cause it was in my name. He told due them being close due to the weather someone will get back with me on today January 29 2026 a lady in billing called me she very rude and cutting me off as I was speaking with her I told her I'm paying the bill cause I'm the policy holder and my daughter is not a minor she's a adult and she's under insurance she couldn't mail bill to me cause I'm not on her hippie I said mama she's 26 year old she never been up medicaid she has private billing department wow some people just don't no how to deal with others if you don't want be bothered are wanted to work why come to work with a attitude. She didn't asked for my information are my address are my address information so most likely we not getting the bill in the mail. Horrible customer service.

In July 2025, I made a new patient appointment for January 2026 to see Dr. Lee y Her. After waiting several months for my appointment, the office calls me at the end of 2025 to cancel my because they are not accepting new patients. Why did they allow me to make an appointment? I have waited months to see this physician, and I had my medical card updated with her name. Why did they not inform Blue Cross Blue Shield that they were not accepting new patients? They are so unprofessional, and I am left without a PCP for a year, because they wasted my time. This is not good patient care.

UPDATE: We did not call Dallas Medical Specialists, they called us and made everything right! We were assured it was a miscommunication and their earnest desire to set things straight has us revising this review. We are pleased with their response to our concerns and more than happy with the outcome! We are leaving the original review up to provide context - it shows how seriously they take their patients and how genuine they are in addressing their concerns! We enthusiastically and happily give them five stars! If we could leave zero stars, we would. In late 2025, our mother was informed that even though Dr. Lalani was leaving she could continue her care with Dallas Medical Specialists. They sent her a letter dated November 24, 2025 in which they stated in print that "Your continued care is our top priority. Our highly skilled physicians at Dallas Medical Specialists will continue to deliver the exceptional level of care you've come to expect from our team" and that "... no action will be required if you choose to continue your care with us." Sounds pretty clear, right? Wrong. Our mother decided to continue her care with them and in December we tried to set her up with a new doctor at Dallas Medical Specialists. First we were told "oh, she's a new patient," which she was not, and then we were told "she has to wait until Dr. Lalani leaves after the new year" to be set up with a new doctor. Fast forward to today, January 5, 2025, and we were just told that she's "a new patient" and they aren't accepting new patients. We're not sure what sort of bait and switch operation these people have decided to enact, but there you have it. We went from "we will continue to care for you" and "no action is required" to "she's a new patient and we're not accepting any new patients" to "wait until the new year" back to "she's a new patient and we're not accepting any new patients." These people are NOT to be trusted. We don't relish putting up a negative review, but when they say one thing in print and then completely go back on everything they communicated to us, that is the definition of unreliable at best or a liar at worst. We cannot emphasize this enough: they are NOT to be trusted.

I have been seeing Dr. Ighani for the past decade. She is extremely professional, an excellent listener, caring, and highly knowledgeable. She truly understands her patients and their needs. Her office staff is exceptional as well.
