I had them repair some damage on my rear door from a fender bender. A couple years later, I noticed a couple cracks in the same area. I took it back in and they fixed it up, free of charge. Thank you for the reliable service!

I strongly advise taking your vehicle anywhere other than this shop. We brought our car in, through insurance, over a month ago to have the rear quarter panel and passenger door replaced. Since then, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional and at this point, almost comical. Our point of contact, Victor, has provided consistently poor communication and we have had to initiate nearly every update ourselves. Each time we have called to confirm pickup or inquire about progress, we were told the completion date had changed. Each delay has come with a different explanation: “the part was too expensive to order,” “a hiccup with the paint,” “the parts arrived damaged,” and most recently, “we had to fire the person working on the car for misconduct.” None of these excuses instill much confidence about the work that is being done to the car. At this point, we have not been given a new estimated completion date. Today, we attempted to text the number provided and received no response. We called the shop and received no answer. Delays can happen. But repeatedly missing promised deadlines, shifting explanations, and failing to communicate is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to think carefully before bringing their vehicle here.

I was minding my business, driving to work one morning. Suddenly I had a piece of plywood fly at me. First, I would not recommend having a piece of plywood fly at you on the freeway. It's not only scary but your car gets pretty messed up! I found this place through my insurance, Geico. The whole process was very solid. From setting up an appointment the next day to drop off my car. To talking with Ryan. To getting a rental car and driving home. It took about a week for my car to be fixed, and I would figure that is pretty good. They had to order special parts for my car and that takes shipping time + the time to get it installed and painted. Ryan was great and kept me informed about how my car was. At some point, I was curious about how the back of my car war, but I didn't want to call. I could send a text and got an update on my concern very quickly. Now, I have my car back and as far as I can tell, it is back to 100%! My bumper is fixed, my tires are aligned, and now all that I have left is the fear of another piece of plywood flying at my car due to the trash left on the freeways!
