Country Doctor Community Clinic

Customer service is a total joke. I called multiple times trying to get urgent medical records, and no one answered. I left several voicemails and spoke with a patient service rep, Liz, twice. The first call was disconnected after a long wait, and she was completely unhelpful. I was also shocked that there isn’t even a way to email Medical Records directly or send a MyChart message. I asked to speak with an office manager, but no one has followed up. This experience pushed me to switch to another provider.

Allison and Kanika along with Dr Jones while Kanika was on leave we seriously amazing personally so sad to leave them but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them and so thankful I got to have my first baby here. They are so caring and willing to hear you if somethings going on 100/10 recommend

I don't like community health especially the one in Renton they had me go through all these procedures to have a colonoscopy , one Doctor told me I had a heart murmur but then another Doctor suggested that I don't there was a test for my heart murmur but I thought I had completed the test how come my Doctor didn't tell me this?? Before setting up my colonoscopy appointment because after setting it up they cancelled it after my friend took a day off work to take me..these are the kinda things that pisses my off about community health plus when they cancelled my appointment it's not like they called me in the morning they called late in the day there by causing me difficulties to secure another ride haven't yet..signed: Pissed off!!!!!!

I have been coming to this clinic for almost 10 years and never once had an issue with the front desk staff. In the past, the receptionists have always been patient, respectful, and helpful, which is why this experience was so shocking. At my most recent visit, I was met with unnecessary hostility and rudeness from the receptionist, who asked questions in a demeaning and dismissive manner. I was already feeling vulnerable coming in to be seen for my condition, and instead of being met with the care and professionalism I’ve always experienced here, I was spoken to in a way that made me feel small and unwelcome. The interaction was so uncomfortable and upsetting that I ended up leaving without being seen, which no patient should ever have to do when seeking care. After nearly a decade of positive visits, this left me incredibly disappointed and shaken. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, but it was hurtful enough to make me question returning.

Dr. Sonja Olson is a truly compassionate and professional doctor. Throughout my pregnancy, she provided consistent, thoughtful care and always made me feel heard and supported. Her calm presence gave me so much peace of mind. I’m so grateful to have had her as my primary care provider. Highly recommend her!❤️🙏
