Be very wary of booking here, your appointment can just dissapear! Walked in after making an appointment, the organization has no record of an appointment. I showed them a photo of the booking. They told me that they had a new "system" and my appointment was lost. Can only book me a month out. Completely unacceptable from any care provider. Thanks for looking for other options for me, I guess.

It is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at this office!! I had an appointment scheduled (which I showed up for), only to find the office was closed for the day due to building issues. There was no notice sent about closure or needing to reschedule. Immediately following this, I called and left a message asking for an explanation and hoping to reschedule. Two days after I received a “no show” bill on my account. I tried once more to call again and have this rectified, but still have not heard a word back. Do better! I have been to other locations previously and have not run into these issues. Unfortunately, my previous provider left the area so I was hoping to establish care a bit closer to home.

I like my PCP and generally, the staff are welcoming/informative when you're there in person. My big complaint is with calling, messaging, or coming in for blood work or lab work of any kind. On several occasions, no one is available on the phone within an hour of closing. That means, you have to leave a voicemail or try your luck on the patient portal messaging system, often resulting in a delayed response or delayed scheduling. I found out today that the lab closes a half hour before the office closing. So if you walk in at 3:40pm on a Friday to have blood drawn, you won't be able to. This information is not posted anywhere on their website and it took several clarifying questions today to understand the "norms" of the office. Whatever you might need to get done, make sure you arrive an hour before closing or a half hour after opening.

My daughter has the flu and made an appt for a telehealth and when she tried to go on No one came on she tried all the ways to get on and no one came on. When she tried to call them she was out on hold for 15 min and then it told her to leave a message. She never got a text or email that her telehealth was cancelled. I tried to call and was put on hold for 15 min and the same thing happened. HORRIBLE PRACTICE. THE POOR KID JUST NEEDS SOME MEDICINE!! What kind of practice is this??? .

I previously had an excellent experience with CPC, but that changed after I was assigned to a different provider at this location. I would not recommend working with Dr. DaCosta and her team. Communication is consistently delayed by days, responses are often excuses rather than solutions, and there appears to be a concerning lack of attention to patient information. I received a call about lab results despite never having any labs done. Rather than acknowledging how alarming that would be for a patient, the staff dismissed my concern and claimed they misspoke. They then stated the call was actually to confirm receipt of a prescription that had been sent over a month prior (which doesn’t make any sense, they clearly messed up and were scrambling for an excuse). At no point was there accountability or a sincere attempt to address the concern. This experience was deeply frustrating and avoidable. I strongly recommend booking with a different provider or choosing a different CPC location.
