I would give her more stars, but there aren’t any more stars to give! Dr. Lockhart has been my doctor for many years. I have always found her to be kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to about any issue. She is always well aware of my medical conditions and medicines, and I highly recommend her.

Staff is great and knowledgeable. Billing department is awful, beyond terrible. When I went to a recent appointment (2/2026) I was informed I had a balance from 12/2024. At that time I paid my co-pay but BCBS didn't pay everything. Never once in the following year did complete health contact me or send me a bill. At this recent visit they told me they had sent the bill to collections. If you don't send a bill why are you sending to collections????

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, and I have always trusted and respected Dr. Leong. She is knowledgeable, professional, and someone I have felt confident following medically. However, over the last couple of years, my annual appointments have consistently been with a physician assistant rather than with Dr. Leong. Unfortunately, my experiences with this provider have been disappointing. I have felt talked over during visits, not fully listened to, and at times treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. I raised these concerns previously and was told I would not have to see this provider again, yet at my most recent visit I was scheduled with her again. The most concerning experience occurred when I became extremely ill. My wife called the office to request medication for nausea and was told that if we did not hear back, we should check the pharmacy. There was no follow-up call and no prescription sent. For a patient of more than two decades, that lack of communication and care felt dismissive and unacceptable. I still have respect for Dr. Leong, but the overall patient experience has declined. Long-term patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for — especially when acutely ill. I hope the practice and anyone thinking of joining takes this feedback seriously.

I wish there was an option for zero stars for our experience on 2/19/26. First off let me say that Dr. Harmon is an absolutely terrific soul, and one of the best at diagnostics in his field. However, the NP Marla Couture in the sick clinic, leaves a lot to be desired regarding bedside manner, ethics, and knowledge of general medicine. My wife went in to the sick clinic (2/19) to be checked for flu or Covid. After being swabbed for both and the tests being sent off to the lab she received an antibiotic shot. Without being held for the proper amount of time after the shot to allow for "vasovagal response" to take place, she went to check out and blacked out in the lobby and fell directly on her head and elbow from her feet. While unconscious and coming back to clarity the NP asked my wife to call out her medical history in the lobby where all patients could hear. HIPAA HIPAA hooray! I am then called by my semi-conscious wife to come and get her that she had passed out during a shot. When I arrive I am told to go back and pick up food and drinks for my wife because her "sugar is low." So now I am being told multiple reasons she passed out, as long as it isn't the negligence of the staff. Once I arrive I am seated for 10 minutes before I am even spoken to about what happened under their care or why my wife has head pain and a black and blue elbow. Meanwhile she is dizzy, painful from the shot, her head, and elbow and is shaking because she is freezing cold and clammy and they have nothing but 3 white shop rags to cover her. After waiting another hour for them to search the entire facility for an IV needle, the NP then failed to set the IV twice in both arms blowing a vein and putting my wife through more suffering. Next we are sent to the lab downstairs for a CT scan of the head after the fall and are told they can't see her today. Well, my impression is a head injury with possible bleeding, under your care and supervision, should take priority. My mistake. Instead we travel to Brookwood Freestanding ER where wait another hour to be seen. After 6 hours, two medical facilities, two failed IVs, one failed chest x-ray and finally a CT scan that we never got the results of we know nothing of my wife's illness, and she is now more worse than when she arrived and we endured a copay of $410 at Brookwood that we cant afford to pay, and for what? Since we never saw or heard results from an NP or radiologist. I am shocked and extremely angry with how Marla Couture treated my wife. Please look elsewhere if you are seeking quality care.

Dr. Keith Swetz is an outstanding physician who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains medical information in a clear and compassionate way, and makes sure you feel heard and respected at every step. His knowledge, professionalism, and calm demeanor inspire confidence, and he approaches care with both expertise and genuine empathy. The office experience is well-organized, and you never feel rushed during appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Swetz to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and patient-centered doctor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
