Everyone there was so wonderful. I felt seen and cared about, they actually want to help you. I'm young(29) and have autoimmune issues and it's very hard to be taken seriously by anyone, and I've had such bad anxiety about going to doctors because of the way I've been treated. I didn't have to try to convince them I was in pain/struggling, they could tell. I was there for quite a while, until almost 10pm I think (appt at 7) but it was worth it. I got sent home with some of my medications I haven't been able to get and they're working with me to continue treatments and I'm beyond grateful. Thanks again to Emily and Dr. Braunstein. Y'all are amazing!

I just went in for the first time. This clinic is full of very nice, positive and enthusiastic students who WANT to help you! They are very busy and still have great big smiles on their faces! This clinic is the best care and attention I have gotten in Ohio!! ***Update*** I was called and put on the schedule again for further testing. Got to the appointment and they say I have no appointment that day and that the person I needed to see would not be there for 2 weeks. I stood my ground and they did the testing. If you get labs done there they will tell you they come back way faster than they actually do. Plus they will act like it's no big deal that you have health concerns and they are taking their sweet time.

I visited the clinic with colorectal pain. I was told that I’ll be scheduled for colonoscopy. I messaged them 3 times and no answer so far. I’m so much disappointed. I also had a blood work a week ago. I can not even see the results.

Such an incredible resource! Currently in between insurance providers. Was able to discuss my concerns, receive exceptional care, and had lab work done in an hour. Very thankful to have found these students!

I've never been turned away. They prioritize appointments but make sure to at least sign up and speak to all of the walk ins and allow a few slots and have stand by in case an appointment no shows or cancels. The corporal and mental health services are provided by qualified students and supervised/review by overseeing doctors. All my expieriences have been beyond satisfactory. I can honestly say this place has saved my life more than once.
