I will absolutely never be back. Doctor here was recommended to me and she’s been great, but the scheduling and billing is out of control. A few months back I scheduled an appointment and after a few minutes it was determined that the wrong kind of appointment was scheduled. So I rescheduled for later the same day. Now, they’re hounding me about a copay for walking in, walking out, coming back the same day and having a visit that was $250 out of pocket (not covered) so they have submitted and been paid for the earlier appointment where nothing happened and they gotta have their $25. Fast forward to today. I scheduled a sick visit but mentioned I wanted to do my yearly physical, too. Can’t do that in that time slot so actually come in later this afternoon and see a different doctor, or have two visits ($$$). So when I showed up for my rescheduled appointment this afternoon I sat and sat in the waiting room and when they eventually called me they said my appointment was actually 15 minutes earlier and they wouldn’t see me at all. No remorse or working with me after driving 40 minutes to get here. It’s a shame because I do actually like my doctor, but I will never ever be back.

The kids and I have been patients of Dr Dino and the Carolina Family Healthcare team for quite some time now… it continues to be a great experience with more than everything you would expect from a primary care physician!!! Don’t plan on changing anytime soon!!!

Was here for my yearly appt. Dr. Kanelos addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. He is kind, knowledgeable and seems to always have great advice for my health. The nursing staff as well as front office is always friendly as well. We have been going here for over 10 years and we don't plan on leaving any time soon.

Despite the winter weather that moved in Saturday and continued Sunday, Dr Sharon Kanelos took the time to call me to see if I still wanted to proceed with our video office visit which was Scheduled for Monday morning. I wasn’t aware that an email had been sent out announcing due to the icy weather and out of caution for patients and employees alike the office would be closed on Monday. This was very much in line with the closures of many other businesses. When I saw this I sent a message saying I had not been aware of the office closures at the time of our conversation and that it was fine to postpone my visit if she wished. She remained amenable to having my appointment on Monday as had been planned so we went forward. Her attention to detail and stopping to listen to additional information as we discussed various issues of my medical care certainly made me feel very comfortable, heard and an gave me opportunity to be an active participant in my care. She never makes me feel rushed or that any detail of concern is too small. She has been my Dr for >10 years and her memory for the issues and care given at previous appointments is outstanding. If you are looking for compassion, patience, to be heard and understood, for someone to actively seek a solution to your concerns, who sees you as more than $$$, you will be happy under her care just as I have been. Pain is no fun, but with Dr Sharon Kanelos along with the seriousness of finding relief for you , the moments of levity injected into the discussions helps relieve tension and is only an enhancement to the excellent care she provides. I highly recommend Dr Sharon Kanelos for management of your pain.

The front office staff is very accommodating and professional. A great way to start a visit. Dr Hondros is one in a bazillion...warm, assuring, a phenomenal diagnostician, compassionate and truly caring about his patients.
