I am very pleased with this company. They helped me out when my son got into an accident. They towed it and fixed it at a very reasonable price. The car looks great

Car craft helped me out by towing my car after AAA told me they wouldn't do so from a parking garage. They were prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. I was particularly impressed to watch their driver manage to bring the car down from the third floor with such ease.

John was the only guy in town willing to help me fix the bumper around my window shield from leaking (I had gone to 3 autobody shops beforehand ) . He only charged me $20. The next day I bumped into him at WholeFoods and he was so friendly and asked me how the car was doing . I was impressed that he remembered me . I ended up bringing my car in the following week to get a dent fixed and the car painted since it was full of peeling spots that were rusting . I was charged a fair price and the job was finished in only 2 days . The car looks brand new after 10 years . John Jr. and Al are equally as friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back for any and all future autobody repairs.

Was hit by a commercial F150 & my car was towed after the accident by Car Craft. The gentleman was kind, sympathetic, empathetic, and quick to respond. Went to clean out my vehicle today and it was smooth and painless. Friendly staff. They definitely made the nightmare of being in an accident seem less daunting. 10/10 would recommend.

Car Craft was recommended to my by a close friend! My old, old, rust bucket finally died, & I was just about able to limp it home, into my driveway. I stopped by to see Al, the very next day. He had a nice '09 Camry that interested me. A buddy of mine that is a professional car mechanic came with me. We took the car for a ride, & Al gave us some time, so that my buddy could give the vehicle a detailed inspection. My pal gave me the thumbs up, after Al put the car up on his lift. I discovered how nice the car was underneath, [TOTALLY RUST-FREE]! I, then, made a deal with Al, & bought the car. The best thing about Al @ Car Craft is 1-STOP SHOPPING!! I picked up the vehicle the very next day!! Al took care of emissions for me, + registered the car. The very same day Al picked up my disabled, junk car, blocking my driveway @ my home with his flatbed, & towed it to the junkyard. On the 2nd day, when the car was registered & ready to go, Al picked me up @ my house, & gave me a ride to the dealership, so I could drive the car home. The price to take care of all these services was very reasonable! It would have cost me a lot more $$, if I had to take a few days off from work, to get all this done. ONE STOP SHOPPING is what it's all about for me. Aside from being a very nice person, Al is upfront & honest about all his cars, for sale. Al showed me the CARFAX, indicating that my car was never involved in a collision, & the oil/filter were religiously changed every 4,000 miles @ a Toyota dealership. Oh, forgot to mention. My car only came with one programmable key. Toyota dealers would have charged me $250- [for a new key & to program it]. Al provided me a spare programmed key @ no additional cost! Everyone knows you have to be careful, when dealing with Used Car Dealers. This one you can trust!!! Car Craft also has a 1st Rate Auto Body Shop, too. My car needed a new grille, some new pinstripe, & a few other things. The Auto Body Shop did a super job!!! In your search, for a quality used vehicle, I strongly recommend that you pass by Car Craft, & see what Al has available. Al gets in used cars, all the time. If he does not have what you want @ the time, (& you are not in a rush), he'll keep in touch with you, & let you know If he gets something that might interest you. Unfortunately, I can only give Al [5 STARS]. I'd give him MORE STARS, if it were possible!!!
