Caliber Collision

I tried to have the manager and corporate respond before this review but no one reached out. Google reviews won’t allow me to post a video I have of this service advisor David almost running me over because I called out his mistakes. I’ll try to post the video on socials. Here’s my feedback: Hello, unfortunately I’m writing today due to multiple problems with one of your Salt Lake Locations, UT. I was in a no fault accident and Progressive sent me over to Caliber collision. The service advisor David is all over the place with my truck, communication, final results and a liability. When first taking in my truck I said if they make paint, I may have 1-2 spots I would like done and I’ll pay separately. The one spot, rear quarter panel he said he might be able to buff out. Next day I get a call that it will be $333, so from 0-$300 plus fast. I had to discuss this with the GM due to David’s off day and I went over how I thought $330 would be reasonable but I would like to see a second spot included-drivers side quarter panel near headlight. I mentioned that I already had the dent popped out and it just needed touch up. We agreed it may not be perfect but they would address it and give me a military discount. The second spot was missed and when I called it out David flipped out and said I never discussed this with him. I asked for the manager Dylan and he’s out of town, come back tomorrow. As I was leaving, I took video of my vehicle and David almost hit me pulling away quickly, it’s all on video. Instead of dealing with Dylan the next day, I just paid my bill and took my truck because I do not trust David and maybe the rest of that shop now. Further investigation of my vehicle condition, no car wash after and the bumper is not mounted correctly where it’s a full inch away from the truck, leaving a large gap on both sides of the bumper. I have informed your shop with no follow from manager or corporate.

Great repair shop - they provide excellent repairs and stand by their work. It’s clear they really care about doing a great job and they helped me clean up an unrelated scuff on my car that has been bugging me for 10 years. Hopefully I don’t need to get my car fixed up again but I’d come back here if I did. They also have arrangements with nearby car rental biz to make the whole thing smooth.

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Lorri for helping me with my car today. I got sideswiped in a parking lot and stopped by just to ask if they had anything that might help remove the marks. She came outside, took a look, and came back with a product and a rag that made it disappear it honestly looks like it never even happened. Lorri, thank you so much for your kindness and for taking the time to help me. You truly saved my day, and I’m really grateful

I was in an accident a few months ago and both insurance companies referred me to Caliber Collision. They did an awesome job with the repairs and got me my car back when promised! I'll continue to service with Caliber Collision in the future as my family and I have been impressed each time we've had to come in for repairs.

Can’t say enough good things about Caliber. I’ve had my car back for a few days but so far so good. They treated my car like it was one of their own, they kept me very informed throughout the whole repair, and it was done a week ahead of schedule. Amy was extremely nice and kept me updated every step of the way.
