this caliber collision site was a blessing in my situation ! they had great open communication, and were willing and quick to tow my car after an accident when insurance was taking almost a week to. the people who work here are all so wonderful, very kind and friendly and it felt like a shop i could trust. i would absolutely recommend this shop for anyone !

I went to this shop only to request a repair estimate for my vehicle, and they refused to provide it solely because the estimate was for Progressive insurance. I was not asking for immediate repairs, just a basic evaluation. I understand that every business has its own policies, but this should be clearly stated upfront so customers don’t waste their time. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision for vehicle repairs! Their staff was extremely friendly and walked me through the needed repairs in clear and concise terms. They were patient and answered all of my questions. Repairs were completed a week earlier than originally estimated. I am pleased with their work, and would definitely go there again if I ever need additional work on my car.

I would definitely recommend them. I had a 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️ and they took care of my car and they left it like I had a brand new so they are the best. I really recommend this guy‘s 100% really great service really nice people always keep in touch with everything and they turn in my car a day early before I was expecting so I’m really thankful they help me get a rental and they took care of my rental after I turn in the rental after so it was great I am satisfied they fix the back bumper after an car accident I had they are so great

The team at this Caliber Collision is amazing; they are diligent, honest, and communicative. This is my second experience with them, and though the first time, I did not get to see their work due to my previous vehicle being declared a total loss (at no fault of my own), I just knew I had to come back to these guys when I, unfortunately, found myself needing their services, a second time (also at no fault of my own), now two years later. They're still an amazing team! My hunch did not fail me, and neither did the team at Caliber Collision. My car looks amazing and just as good as it did the day I drove it off the dealership; brand new. So far, so good. I know, if any issues arise (though I do not think any will), I can give them a call and they will make it right. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Dan and Chaz. Thank you for returning my vehicle to its brand-new looking condition! I've attached before and after photos of my vehicle to my review for you all to see the amazing work they performed. As for the price; the at-fault driver's insurance covered the repairs, but upon review of the estimate, the cost appeared reasonable to me and about where I expected it to be. Thank you, Caliber collision! This is one of the only times I can say this in a positive way, but I hope to never need your services again. If I do find myself in that spot again, I will be coming back to you.
