Doctor was kind and helpful. Receptionist asked for the reason for my visit, and implored that I say it out loud in front of everyone in the clinic. Then she gave her commentary on my medical issue when I answered. Quite an uncomfortable situation. I totally understand it is sometimes necessary to ask such questions as a medical receptionist, but at competent and professional walk-in clinics I’d been to before, you only needed to write it down on the form (which she gave me and I had indeed filled out) to protect your privacy and dignity as a patient. I was embarrassed announcing to everyone in the lobby that I had knee pain and in response getting “you’re too young for that” from the receptionist. Bless her heart but the standards for patient privacy and professionalism need to be higher

I had a disappointing experience at this walk in clinic. I went here specifically because they say they have specialists, including gynecologists, so i assumed going here for a potential yeast infection would be a good idea. I have never experienced a yeast infection before and wanted to get it checked out before treating it myself. Unfortunately I saw a male doctor who did not seem competent or qualified enough for this type of concern. While he was actively looking at the area he asked me if what he was looking at was “sweat or discharge?” I’m pretty sure most adults know the difference but i’d especially hope a medical professional would. When i asked what causes yeast infections i was pretty much blamed and told “unhygienic practices” which shocked me as a hygienic person and i was also more shocked when i googled it myself and saw a LONG list of causes with that being only one them. This happened in December, however, i am still unimpressed with this experience. I would recommend going elsewhere.

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. The clinic is extremely unethical, they force patients to pay before any treatment. They insisted that I pay $200 in cash and refused to accept a credit card, which I have never experienced at any clinic before. The receptionist was very impolite and unprofessional. Her attitude made me feel completely disrespected and unwelcome. The experience was terrible, unhelpful, and frustrating.

I recently moved to Burlington and was looking for a new family doctor. In the meantime, I needed to see a doctor as a walk-in, and this clinic was incredibly helpful. The receptionist explained how many people were ahead of me, suggested the best time to come, and walked me through the entire process. I was able to see a female doctor as a walk-in on the same day I called and complete my check-up without any issues. They also took the time to explain the next steps, including where to go for ultrasound imaging and which locations could provide faster appointments. The staff were kind, patient, and genuinely focused on helping. The doctor was very kind and provided clear and thorough instructions. Clear communication, respectful care, and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommended.

Would not recommend a visit here; deceptively it looks empty and you would think you could be seen quickly. I came here with my toddler and we waited almost 1.5 hours to see a doctor while the waiting room was nearly empty. Only three people ahead of us. When we finally got into a room it took an additional 20min for the doctor to arrive and when he did, he informed me that he’s not a doctor. He’s a clinical assistant! If there was no doctor physically present, the reception should be informing everyone that comes in so they can decide if they want to see an assistant. I came in for ear pain and he did not help in any way. I ended up with much more severe pain in the following days and decided to visit another walk in clinic that’s usually busier. It was worth the wait at the other walk in on walkers line and Dundas. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this clinic.
