Abraham was amazing! He was quick to respond even after hours. He got my bumper quickly, immediately painted it and had the car ready within a week. He even gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my car! Definitely a great place to have body work done.

I had a very bad and stressful experience with this shop. They took a large amount of money from me (about $1,900), but they did not fix my car properly as promised. They told me everything would be repaired, including the bumper and front damage, but the job was incomplete and poorly done. On top of that, they treated me with disrespect and bad attitude. Their behavior was very unprofessional and rude. I tried to explain my problem clearly, but because my English is not very strong, I feel like they took advantage of me and my situation. I paid them in good faith expecting honest work, but my car is still not properly fixed. This is not fair business, and I feel cheated and very disappointed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please be very careful before trusting them with your car and your money

I had been putting off getting my car fixed for quite some time because I thought it was going to cost me and arm and a leg and I would be without a car for awhile, turns out I was wrong! Called on Friday, by Wednesday my car was fixed. Car was in the shop for less than 12 hours on Wednesday. Such a relief!!! Abraham was super communicative and upfront with me through the whole process. So thankful!

405 Bumper Repair really helped me out in a pinch. They did a great job fixing the bumper on my Toyota Camry. They are super friendly and took the time to answer our questions, and tailored the service to our needs. I’d recommend working with them for your bumper needs!

Mr.Abraham gave a quick estimate for free and got to work on the car at an amazing price and was able to get the car back to me in the same day. He communicated very well over the phone about everything he did as well as gave me a ride from and to the shop. Gave a really good price and worked fast thank you !
