They've been amazing until today. I took my daughter in for her ear hurting they said it was an ear infection and would get medicine sent to our pharmacy l called our pharmacy to see when the prescription would be ready and they told me that they sent medicine over then voided it and when I tried calling they wouldn't answer the phone.

I took my son there when he had his once occurrence with pancreatitis. Then I hurt my back, I don't really care for doctors. But I remembered how that doctor treated my son. So I went myself. The doctor did a great job an found some crazy reasons for my back to be hurting. Now 3 years later I need a doctor for my back it's only getting worse by the day an of course I can't find the doctors name. But like I said I don't really care for doctors but this one made me feel comfortable and managed to explain a lot to me. He was very passionate and seemed to love his job. I shouldve listen to his advice and wrote his name down. I would love to have him as my doctor

they never answer their phone. Calling for hours trying to get test results and nothing. I think they have their phones off on Saturdays - despite the fact that they're open . I literally drove ACROSS town to ask in person and it was DEAD in there, so it's not like they're so busy they can't answer Left several messages for a patient advocate and never heard back. Emailed a patient advocate and never heard back. Answer. Your. Damn.phones.

I went to gynecology here and the woman had to have another person watch give me a papsmear because she didn’t know what she was doing I should’ve left then. After that the nurses proceeded to try to draw blood and it took 2 nurses and 4 pokes just for them to not be able to get anything out. They then proceeded to laugh and call me a pin cushion. I don’t see why them not being able to properly do their jobs is funny. Id give it zero stars if I could

Had an appointment scheduled, and 4 days before it was supposed to be, they called to say there was a scheduling error and my appointment needed to be moved. I was told I’d have to wait 2 months until the next opening. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t schedule an appointment for fun; I have needs and questions after not having health insurance for three years. I shouldn’t have to keep waiting to be given the care I deserve. How can you be okay with doing that to a patient? Don’t even bother trying with them.
