I purchased my first home in 2023 and used BlackHawk as my lender. They were great. I worked with Phillip and he walked me through the entire process from application, to financial adjustments, to mortgage, to signing day. He was very knowledgeable about the process and gave me the why behind every suggested move. They even knew people in my local market to help with things outside of the mortgage process (agent and other professionals). If I plan on a purchase in any of their covered states, I will not hesitate to call on BlackHawk again.

I can’t begin to describe my experience with Phillip Harris and the BlackHawk Mortgage group. I had some worries because of all the horror stories I hear from people when it comes to closing on mortgages but Phillip assured me from the first initial contact that he would make it as painless as possible and he came through on his promise. He made our lives much easier throughout the whole process! Only issues we had was with the builder, so thank you a lot for all you guys hardwork. I would definitely recommend this company over anybody that calls themselves a mortgage company! These guys are my go to from here on out dealing with mortgage needs!!!!! Thanks again!!!

JoColby did an amazing job with helping making my first investment property a reality. JoColby was responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable. Despite encountering multiple challenges as a first time investor I would not hesitate using BlackHawk Mortgage to help navigate these challenges.

If you are looking for a home loan, BlackHawk Mortgage is the company to contact. I met Phillip Harris from BlackHawk Mortgage at an open house during my home search and he was incredibly personable and informative. Phillip was super competitive with his loan options and fees. The application process and underwriting was incredibly smooth and Phillip checked in regularly to make sure everything was moving along and to see if I had any concerns. The professionalism and responsiveness was better than I could have asked for! Phillip Harris and the BlackHawk Mortgage team did an outstanding job helping me purchase my first home in such a difficult market.

All I've been reading is Phillip this and Phillip that. Personally I've never spoken to the man, but Sabian just got us into our dream home. So as far as I'm concerned Sabian is the man. Great attitude, great personality, good sense of humor, responds back in a timely manner, and the ability to deliver when needed the most. If you are like myself and feel intimidated by the home buying process then call and ask for Sabian not Phillip. Thanks again Sabian for helping us obtain our new home.
