Everyone at Lennar that I worked with were professional and patient. I was lead through the experience every step of the way and was consistently contacted with updates. Sarah Duncker, Jeff Widmer and Dorianne Bellamy were all incredibly kind and helpful. BJ Hamilton was the agent that toured the home with me and has been very helpful! I would recommend buying with Lennar to anyone.

It was a pleasant hassle free experience working with Lennar For my new home in Peabody Farms West, Whitestown, IN. All the details and document requirements were provided in detail. I've had a chance to work with Lorraine as my loan officer along with Patty and they were extremely helpful. They clarified all the doubts and questions that I had. The Lennar team provided very good assistance with the closing Costs and money management. They all worked on my file even during the holiday season and closed the house within the initial Deadline.

This is our 2nd Lennar property. We went with Lennar because of the price, quality and the “Everything’s Included” package. From start to finish, all of our expectations were met! Amber was pivotal in getting us started. Her excitement for the property made it a no-brainer! After touring the property, we happened to run into Ralph, the Loan Officer. After our initial conversation, the process started and we were on track for a quick closing date before Christmas. Ralph and Monica walked us through the loan application process. Initially, we had some reservations, but Ralph and Monica guided us the entire way! Amber checked in with us a couple times during the process which made us feel like this was the absolute right decision! We love our new home! We recommend Lennar properties to anyone looking for a quality product at an extremely affordable price!

I love my new home and the people at Lennar Mortgage were Wonderful. They were helpful, patience, supportive and kind during my home buying experience. Ms. Stephanie Wooten, Loan Officer at Lennar Mortgage was always available to assist me with any questions or concerns. This was my first home buying experience and I was nervous. Ms. Wooten made me feel at ease and guided me through the home buying process. I have a beautiful home and would advise anyone that I know to buy a house from Lennar Mortgage.
