We don’t have enough good things to say about Leverage Lending. Our broker, Justin Roland, was incredibly creative and solution-oriented. He was knowledgeable of a wide-range of mortgage options and made us feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. Justin’s assistant, Abby, was also incredible to work with. She was meticulous and fabulously proficient. Justin and Abby made our close happen in a very short period of time, and we were blown away by how thorough and helpful they were. We are so happy with our experience.

I am a 1st time home buyer and was quiet overwhelmed with the entire process. When it came time to to pick a lender, I decided to go with someone local who knew the market in Charlotte. I chose Leverage Lending Group owned by Angelo Datseris and his team. This ended up being the BEST DECISION i made in the home buying process. What i experienced was a family company that listened to my needs and treated me like i truly mattered. It was the personal touches that Angelo provided that really stood out. From availability- always answering calls and text and e-mails, to genuinely caring about my questions and needs, the experience was amazing. Each step of the service was great! If you are going to purchase a home in Charlotte and need to decide between a big bank (where you are just a number) or a local mortgage broker who really cares, choose the Leverage Lending Group!

Justin and his team are awesome. Justin is great to work with as a small business owner. He understands what it takes to close the deal and doesn’t shy away from going the extra mile to get a loan closed. They worked hard during the whole process. The software they use makes communication super easy amd submitting documents is a breeze. There was never a moment when I didn’t know what was going on in the process or what I was supposed to be submitting. Getting a loan as a small business can be difficult but Justin and his team knew exactly how to get it done. Highly recommend.

Hands down the easiest home buying experience anyone could have. Angelo and his team were absolutely a pleasure to work with and made the process extremely easy to accomplish. This is my second time using Angelo and Leverage lending group. The 1st time was for a refinance, and this time was to purchase ( divorced and starting over) From the beginning Angelo guided me on what I needed to do before we pulled my credit. From there he told me what I could afford, to match my budget. We had a few bumps in the road, not because of Angelo and his team, but because FHA loan has restrictions. Angelo and his team were amazing. Returned my calls same day if not right away. Constant communication. I even chatted with Abby (team member) about my pup! Any questions I had we're answered without judgment. I had debt, and not the best credit score but not once did Angelo make me feel embarrassed, which I appreciated.
