Extremely disappointed with the care and professionalism at Banner University Family Center. Our experience here has been nothing but frustrating. We scheduled an appointment specifically for our newborn’s screening, only to arrive and be told that their labs were already closed — making the entire visit pointless and a complete waste of time. The lack of organization and communication is unbelievable. They also told us our newborn was underweight but provided no guidance or plan to help. The nurses seemed inexperienced and unsure of what they were talking about, and one nurse assistant even examined our baby with her hair down, leaning directly over her — very unprofessional and unsanitary. We were urged to come back in three days and told a nurse would call to schedule the follow-up, but no one ever reached out — and it’s now been three weeks. As new parents, we expected care, respect, and professionalism. Instead, we were met with disorganization, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality care for their baby.

Dr Espinosa is a very good doctor but the office is what makes me give them two stars. Rooms are very small and not wheelchair accessible. The wait time is always so long.

They provided great healthcare to me. They helped me understand their procedures and explained lab work for my understanding. I felt my doctor and nurses provided me thorough exams and assessments. They treated my concerns as valid and provided healthcare with dignity, utmost compassion, and respect.

I would recommend Banner - University Medicine Family Medical Clinic to my family and friends. I've been going to this clinic for over two years now and I'm so pleased with the care I've received at this clinic.They provide excellent care for their patients.The Doctors and Nurses also the staff always treat me with kindness and respect 🙂 Also the office is clean and has plenty of room to sit down. If you need a really good clinic you should choose Banner-University Medicine Family Medical Clinic. I know from experience Banner is the BEST 😁🤠!
