Auto Pro Body and Paint Shop

For starters, context. I had gotten stuck in a small space and scratched my car’s paint down to the primer on one of my car doors. Due to having an old paint job fade from shiny to matte after a few months, I decided I wanted to do heavy research before getting any new work done. So, after much research into different autoshops, reviews from every website I could find, I found AutoPro the most compelling. Least negative reviews, satisfaction on all fronts for work done in a timely manner with an accurate timescale, careful assessment of damages, informative explanations of what needs to be done, how and why, flexibility with fixing said damages, being open and honest about pricing, and working with people to ensure they’re making the most cost effective decision on their terms. I am extremely happy to say, that when I visited the shop, this is exactly what I discovered! After arriving, I met Billy personally and got to know him. It became clear he was a good, honest, hardworking man. He assessed the scratches on my car and confirmed I definitely needed the 1 door repainted. I asked about the technical process and he explained it in full without hesitation. He then warned me that with my car’s color, it might not look the best if they didn’t blend it with the adjacent panels next to it. When I worried about pricing for multiple panels, he assured me he could paint the 1 door alone and I could see if I felt I needed the other panels painted to blend it out. He cared, he understood, and he didn’t try to force me or trick me into paying more for extra work I might not need done. In the auto world this is often a rarity. I agreed and dropped my car off and the job was done the next day. The work was impeccable! So much so, I had another smaller section of my other car door repainted as well, to rid myself of stubborn etching from tree sap! While that was done, they ordered and installed new beltlines/weatherstrips, which I desperately needed, as my car doors kept retaining water after storms and the ones I had were breaking apart to bits. I returned again the following day to find my car looking good as new! And as I drove off, I realized my car even smelled nice! They had taken the time to tidy up the inside of my car! An extra mile that has left me touched. To top it off, I ultimately paid less than the more reasonable quotes I received, and about half the price of the highest one. This is stellar affordability! I could not be happier and I am genuinely excited to leave this review and return to this shop in the future! There is a reason people have said they trust Billy and are now loyal customers. I feel the same after having such a sound experience. Please, give them a call and stop by the shop to see for yourself. It is well worth it!

Don't go anywhere else but here to get your car painted/fixed. We took my grandma's 16 year old car to get painted here. Billy was the most honest and fairest when it comes to pricing and what would be best for our vehicle. Him and his team did an amazing job with the paint, hood, and bumper.
