Overall ADC is a great Clinic with lots of options for Medical Specialties as well. Like any medical practice sometimes there are bumps in the road but for the most part they're professional caring and kind and they listen to the patient. Although I've never rated him before mainly for selfish reasons since he's already in demand because he is such a phenomenal physician, I do want to give a special shout out to Dr Greg Thaera who has consistently gone above and beyond for my husband who was diagnosed with MS in 2010 and Trigeminal Neuralgia around 2014 secondary to MS. Thaera has been his neurologist since around 2016. TN in and of itself is a very complicated and until recently, scarcely studied condition even though I've been told it's rated as #2 MOST PAINFUL incurable disease among the medical community. It has very few remedies but Dr Thaera took time and TAKES time to research available methods to aid in my husband's treatment and is open to reviewing any new (or at new to me) information we come across and present to him. He truly validates the old saying, "You learn something new everyday."

I see Dr. Cutler which is great, but the office staff lack customer service. Every single time I’ve been the girl at the desk in this picture is constantly rude. For no apparent reason. For instance, on one occasion she told me to sit down and wait before coming up to the desk while she helped someone else. I sat. I wait for her to call me but she didn’t so I returned to drop off my paper work. When I did she was rude and said I was supposed to come back as soon as I finished. I reminded her that she literally told me to sit down. She has a serious staring problem and is constantly rolling her eyes when patients approach.

Dr Bierwar moved my appt from 10:40 to 12 noon. I told her I had a 1pm appt on Steck and afraid changing my appt would cause me to be late. She worked with me nicely to make sure we were done by 12:30 so I could make my 1pm appt. without a great deal of stress. 😊

I have been a patient of Dr. Misra’s since 2012. I keep going back because the front desk staff are always great; the medical staff is always great; my doctors at ADC North are the best and the nurses are also fantastic. Dr. Misra is an excellent and very thorough primary care physician. I don’t ever mind the drive from South Austin because I know I will be treated well. Highly recommend!

Austin Diagnostic Clinic at St David's is a wonderful place to be seen as a patient. Dr. Jesslyn Lu is my Dr and I saw her Nurse Practitioner today. From the phone call prior to my appointment to review my medical history to the receptionist that greeted me, to the nurse that checked me in and then saw the NP. Everyone was exceptional, friendly and kind. I felt heard as a patient and my issues were addressed and feel like I can find the answers I need. I would definitely recommend this office.
