⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Austin Body Works. Our son was on his first trip out of state when he had his very first car accident just a few blocks away from the shop around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. My husband called Austin Body Works, and the gentleman who answered said they could stay a few extra minutes so our son could come by. They didn’t just stay a few minutes. The team helped him when the other driver followed him to the shop, and one of their employees spoke Spanish and was able to communicate with the other driver to gather the necessary information. They checked the car to make sure the fender wouldn’t rub the wheel and confirmed the door shut and latched properly so it would be safe for him to drive home. They also took the time to speak with us on the phone and explain how Texas collision procedures work so we knew what to expect. Our son is high-functioning autistic, and situations like this can be overwhelming, especially when you’re far from home. Their patience and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. One of the lighter moments was when our son asked if they could have the car fixed by Monday… just three days away. We all had a good laugh. They stayed well past closing on a Friday evening to help someone else’s kid after his first accident, and we are incredibly grateful for that. Thank you to the entire team at Austin Body Works. You didn’t just fix a car problem that day, you helped a young driver safely get back on the road.

I believe that I give very honest reviews, so I in turn hope that other people do the same; that being said, I rely heavily on reviews. I was involved in a fender bender & needed to find a place that was well equipped with replacing my bumper. This place was rated so high that I decided to give them a call. As soon as I mentioned that I was in a minor accident, Taylor wanted to make sure that I was okay! I gave him a rundown of what happened & he said to drop by so they could access the damage. There isn't really parking so be mindful of that, across the street worked for me. Taylor really took control from there, he let me know he would connect with my insurance company & I wouldn't have to worry about anything. My car unfortunately took longer than expected due to a part being delayed but they were so kind ALL the times I did call to check in. I highly recommend this family owned business, everyone I talked to is fantastic & they truly do care.

Amazing place! Got in a fender bender and it didn't look good. The total repair was pricey, but they said they could make it safe to drive in just a few minutes. Then they popped out the metal, put some bolts in, and the car looked almost as good as new! When I asked them how much, they only asked for $20. I was so blown away I gave them $40. Stan in the office is also a super friendly and easygoing guy, and fun to chat with. Couldn't recommend them enough, don't go anywhere else if you have the bad luck to get in an accident.

I had a great experience at Austin Body Works! As you can see from before and after pictures, my car looks like new after they fixed the damage. I would like to mention that my car is from 2008 and the color is very hard to work with ( white pearl) but they blended it well so you cannot see any difference. Thank you!
