I came here to get a hearing test twice. I was sent home without the test because the staffer was unable to remove ear wax from my ear without causing me great discomfort. The first time, i was told to go home, make another appt and put over-the-counter ear oil in my ear for a week before my next appt to soften the wax. I did that, but the staffer was still unable to remove the wax. She told me to remain still but I really couldn't - the digging in my ear was painful. She was exasperated with me and wttthen I asked if she could simply flush out my ears, said "we don't do that here" and told me I would have to go either to my primary doctor or to an urgent care to have my ears flushed out. I don't understand why a simple procedure cannot be done there. Surely I can't be the only person in the world with hard ear wax! I don't think my request was unreasonable. I took off of work twice and drove to the East Side and it was a waste of time.

This was first appointment with Lisa Espinosa, CNM and she was fantastic! Super knowledgeable, patient, understanding, warm, and kind :) she really eased my nerves and made me feel comfortable right off the bat!

Dr Dewan was very impersonal and seemed to be uninterested with my situation. She really didn’t have much to say or relay to me about my problem. I spent a total of about 5 minutes with her. I felt she didn’t care because I wasn’t more seriously ill. I will NEVER go back to see her again no matter what. I will trust in my PCP to figure out what is best.

I have had a very good experience with the other patients here ☺️. The food was okay, but I have worked hard towards going home as soon as I deem it possible to do so! Thank you very much ♥️ 😊

I was very impressed by my first appointment. I was seen almost immediately and found Abby the NP extremely knowledgeable and thourugh. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything so I could understand.
