The last doctor I saw didn't listen to anything I said was wrong with me..he prescribed me some antibiotics and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes.. now I have to see a spine specialist

I love Dr. Ritter! Always kind, spends time to know what’s going on, works with me. Same to be said for his nurse/assistant. The front end staff took a bit to get there to check me in but it was 8am, the first appt of the day I believe, and I think people may be coming in on the other side of the bldg during construction. The main entrance is an issue because of the street being closed. Just plan ahead to find parking and to walk to where you need to go. Overall, I’m very pleased with the clinic.

It was overall a very pleasant experience the staff are very polite and friendly and most importantly always very respectful. The hard working doctors and nurses are extremely supportive dedicated and understanding we love them very dearly! Supervisors come in and ask how was our appointment with the medical team just actively engaged and caring of all their patients. However with my mother being disabled in a mobile wheelchair we don’t really appreciate the way the city totally disregarded her direct her front door access to her primary doctor’s office by building this weirdly designed bike lane out front. Making it very difficult for her transit ride to drop her off and pick her up to return home. This is an issue that’s new but certainly needs to be addressed.

Warning: Avoid This Doctor's Office I'm sharing my horrific experience to warn others. Despite being long-time patients, the office's consistent lack of communication, professionalism, and empathy has been staggering. A medication refill issue led to a three-week delay, severely impacting my child's health and school performance. The staff failed to inform me that a new doctor needed to see my child before authorizing the refill. Dr. Nadia Homedi, was said doctor who kept denying my request and definitely could care less that my child was going without her medication. I was denied several times without explanation, leaving my child without necessary medication. It wasn’t until the 3rd time I called did I get an explanation and reasoning for my request not being fulfilled. She wouldn’t even issue out 2 week worth until my child appointment. Can definitely tell she doesn’t have kids or empathy. When I expressed my frustration to Supervisor Alex, she didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistakes. Instead, she suggested their practice might not be suitable for us, citing the doctors student status. I agreed, deciding to explore alternative options after my child last appointment at this place. In a shocking turn of events, Alex canceled my child's appointment without discussing it with me. This blatant lack of communication and professionalism is inexcusable. Furthermore, Alex tried to go back and forth with me on the phone. Saying we discussed my appointment being canceled. We discussed me going to a different office we NEVER discussed my appointment being canceled. She never said she was and I never told her to. We would still be on the phone going back and forth had my mom not take over the conversation. To which she tells my mom once we reschedule appointment that she cancelled without my knowledge that next time I must call 2 days before to make an appointment. When I say Alex need to not be in charge of anything, not even her life! She was so out of order! Definitely did not do a good job of handling the situation. Made it even worse. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this doctor's office. The lack of care, empathy, and understanding is appalling. Dr. Homedi's actions, combined with Alex's unprofessional behavior, have led me to make this review. DO NOT GO HERE!

Everything was excellent I'm still alive treated nice from the front desk then the second young lady came and got me and weighed me in she was very nice. This young Lady took me to the room why I waited on my doctor this was her first time I met my doctor she was polite nice went over everything with me concerning my health and what medicine I taking , she even knew about the issues with my power wheelchair overall everything was wonderful great job to the team and my doctor.
