Been going for a few months now, good choice for my first primary! They stay on top of things well and keep you updated frequently.

I absolutely love this practice and my experience here. I rotate between Dr. Mobasser and Dr. Connie Chen, and they are both fantastic. The care is thoughtful, modern, and genuinely patient centered. I also love where their new office space is… although as a designer I have some opinions on the layout and lighting and furniture, but they're still new so i'm giving them the time to become acclimated to the new space. Today in particular, Dr. Connie Chen went above and beyond when I had questions about peptides. She took the time to really listen, walk me through my options, and make sure I had everything I needed to move forward comfortably and confidently. That level of care is not something you find everywhere. I’m also deeply grateful that this is a progressive office that supports innovation in medicine. I was actually the very first patient to be offered and receive the Yeztugo HIV vaccine, which meant a lot to me. I’ve always believed in supporting science and medical advancement, and it felt good to be treated as a trusted participant in that process. The staff is wonderful, responsive, and kind. I especially appreciate that communication is handled via text… calling, waiting on hold, and leaving voicemails feels outdated, and this office truly understands how people want to communicate in 2026. Parking is also surprisingly easy, which is a small but very real win. I will absolutely continue being a patient here and recommend this practice to others… just not too many people, because I’d still like my appointment time when I need it. 😉 Highly recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars. I genuinely cannot find words strong enough to describe how unacceptable this experience was. I scheduled an appointment for a test, submitted all required paperwork, and provided my insurance information ahead of time. My very first question when calling the clinic was about cost, and I was explicitly told that my insurance was accepted. However, upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that my insurance was not accepted and that I would need to pay $150 out of pocket. This information should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. The issue is not the amount—it’s the misleading and inconsistent communication that appears designed to get patients into the office before disclosing unexpected charges. To make matters worse, while the staff was polite on the phone, the in-office experience was the complete opposite. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and repeatedly passed responsibility onto one another rather than taking ownership or attempting to resolve the issue. This business has serious communication and professionalism problems. Staff need proper training to ensure accurate information is given and that patients are treated with basic respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I actually enjoy going to this doctor and facility. Everyone here is extremely friendly, professional and thorough.. Everyone goes beyond care making me feel secure and confident in my healing journey.

Dr. Mobasser is great!!! She is personable and takes the time to explain things thoroughly.
