Absolutely don’t waste your time. I have tried to come to this clinic twice, and each time I’ve been told (once I was there) that my appointment couldn’t happen. First, I was told my insurance was “on hold,” which wasn’t true because I had seen a doctor at a different Allcare the week before with insurance and had no issue. They called to tell me this five minutes before my scheduled appointment, when I was nearly there. Second, I was told inconsistent information that my doctor was not in and then she was in for my appointment. I messaged the doctor yesterday to clarify the conflicting voicemails I received, and she forwarded me to the call center who said yes my appointment was on. I show up for my appointment as the doors open (in 12 degree weather), my doctor isn’t in today, and the doctor who is in is booked. So I’m not sure how other people are able to be seen and get any care but I’m done with this practice.

I was scheduled today for an 8:00 am virtual appointment with Malltida Che, NP. I scheduled my workday around it, joined the call on time, and waited for the provider to join. 15 minutes into my appointment, the provider still did not show. Common courtesy would have been to call my cell and let me know about the delay. I had to call the main Allcare line, which tried to reach the office. While on the phone, the office called me, and the doctor let me know at 8:21 am that they were having issues checking me in for my appointment and asked me to hold on. After, I dropped the call on the main line and waited again for the provider to join. The front desk staff called, was extremely rude, and stated that I had a copay for my last appointment and for this one. I explained that it had already been paid and was happy to make a payment for the current appointment. She told me to log in to their portal and check, which I did. I saw the past visit charge and a receipt for the copay I paid for that visit. There was no bill for today’s visit, and no link was provided to pay my copay, which I received at the previous appointment. I called the main line again to find out what was going on, and they told me the bill for the last visit had already been paid. I called back again, only to be told by the front desk staff that the provider won't be able to see me and would like to reschedule. It was poor planning on their end, as they could have called the day before to confirm everything for my visit, or even at 8:00am when the visit started. I was referred here by my PCP at a different Allcare location and was actually looking forward to this visit—a disappointing service from the provider and office staff.

This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. I found the receptionist to be unfriendly and acted as if I were bothering her. And I found Dr. Soba, the doctor I was assigned, unprofessional. I told her the challenges I was having and was met with an expression of incredulity. When I asked her my questions, she was exasperated, short, and dismissive. I will never return here and implore others to do the same.

Awful awful service. They are unable to get things done in a timely manner and the Doctor Sobo is pretty unresponsive on the patient portal. I do not recommend for anyone to get a PCP or medical assistance at this AllCare branch. The staff is very incompetent and not cooperative at all, they are also extremely rude and made me wait three months to get a physician's form that takes 5 mins to complete and just needed the doctor's stamp of approval.

I've been going to AllCare Primary & Immediate Care for years now, although there have been some staff changes everything remains the same for me. The staff and all doctors are great with me, they take their time and listen to what I have to say. Please continue the good work especially listening to your patients.
