Front desk refuses to see clients with active insurance information on file in network. They’re telling patients that it is ILLEGAL to self pay under ‘new Trump administration policies’. This is wrong and not true. They will not call your insurance on your behalf and make you the patient call to verify and validate your insurance is accepted by their system. Malpractice lawsuits will be piling up here. Careful! Lady at the front desk is entirely rude and disrespectful. Dr. Goldie claims that insurance will need to be validated before clients will be seen. Gobble gobble gobble!

I had a very pleasant experience here the other day. I was able to seamlessly make my appointment online and on-site check in was a breeze. I’ve never been to a more organized, efficient, and friendly urgent care facility than here! Dr Roscoe Adams was incredibly kind and informative during my pre-op clearance visit and the lab tech (I’m so sorry I am forgetting her name) was such a sweet lady.

I booked an appointment at 1130 AM. They still hasn't seen me after 45 minutes despite the staff all not tending to any patients (that I could see). They said they still hadn't seen their 10 oclock. The doctor was literally in his office on his computer. The walls are glass, I see you! Would not recommend. Typical PE backed healthcare provider with no regard to customer satisfaction or service.

Dr. Roscoe Adams is great. This is the first time I feel I’m getting comprehensive medical care. He’s patient, takes all of my concerns seriously, and takes the time to educate on best healthcare practices. The front desk staff is non responsive and quite unhelpful. It’s challenging to get anyone on the phone here.

This place is on point, and my recent visit was very positive. I struggle to understand some of the negative reviews I’ve read, though I respect that others may have had different experiences. Overall, I felt at ease with the doctor, who listened patiently and took the time to explain my condition and provide helpful ideas to support improvement. I did not notice any issues with the front desk staff. The medical assistant who drew my blood was warm, friendly, and professional, and the assistant who handled my weight and blood pressure was also pleasant and courteous. It was a really good visit, and I really do hope everyone receives the same level of care. The conflicting reviews honestly surprised me, as my experience was smooth and reassuring.
