Providers at this practice do not provide the full extent and care of the service that patients make an appointment for. I made an annual physical appointment and was seen by my provider for under 10-minutes as a new patient. While it was supposed to be an annual physical exam consisting of a full wellness check that broadly checks my health and refers me out to specialists as needed, the provider did not examine me at all. There was 0 physical contact: the provider did not pull out his stethoscope to listen to my lungs or heart, there was no questioning of my health and fitness practices, no questioning of my appetite/diet/nutrition, etc., no examination of my eyes, ears, reflexes, did not check my abdomen for distension, any part of me. The provider did not even request that I ever sit in the patient bed or stand up or approach me in order to examine me. It was simply put a scam of a visit that lasted under 10-minutes simply so that they can charge the insurance and get patients in and out without actually giving any check or care that we are paying for, and I have been told that this practice generally operates this way and treats other patients this way as well. The only exam I had done was labs because I asked, with my provider not putting in any care for my health or wellness, and now I am left unsure of how to take care of my healthcare needs and questions because I did not get that addressed by my provider. I had many health concerns and questions I wanted to speak to with my provider and simply didn't get a chance to because the visit ended as soon as it started. Additionally, you can tell the carelessness of this practice by the rude way they treat patients starting from intake, shown by how they misspelled my name even though I both typed it and wrote it. My lab results have been in my portal with the results, and the provider has yet to look at it and give me referrals or any medical advice on what to do. I am left to simply google and try to figure out how to take care of my health myself because the provider that I paid and expected to take care of me did not and will not. If it is this way for me, I cannot imagine the danger and harm they are causing patients who are vulnerable and may not be able to advocate for themselves. This practice is extremely, extremely neglectful and predatory, and their only goal is to have patients in and out to prove the appointment existed and they can get money.

The entire team is just amazing, starting at the very top with Dr. Stoll! They’re not only patient, thoughtful, reliable, and thorough- it’s the most convenient and efficient organization I’ve ever seen. No exaggeration. I can get a same day appointment with someone who genuinely cares about my issue, and is actually able to solve it right away. My life has improved greatly thanks to their team, and I am sincerely grateful!

Dr. Joel Goldshore is a great primary care physician! He’s a good listener and took the time to understand me as a person. The administrative and medical assistants were kind and helpful, and the nurses who took my blood and gave me multiple vaccinations were very good. Most comfortable experience with needles that I’ve had before.

Dr. Wolfset is one of the kindest, most informative doctors I’ve ever had. I’ve been treated for asthma and allergies for about 30 years now, and I had let my treatment become lower priority simply because of some bad experiences with doctors in the past. She’s prompt, patient, really informative, and truly interested in helping you feel better in a way that’s best for you. Her staff are all super kind and informative as well. Can’t recommend the office enough!

I received amazing care at this office. Dr Nicole Wolfset is an amazing, incredible, caring, patient, brilliant doctor. She was thorough , attentive and took the time to really listen to my symptoms and concerns. She explained my diagnosis and came up with treatment options that were clear and reassuring. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a knowledgable and compassionate allergy physician.
