Very pleased with the quality of work. I came in with a smashed headlight / bumper and they had it looking and functioning perfectly within a week. The color matching on the new parts is almost perfect and all of the replaced sensors work better than when I bought it. They also communicated updates, changes in part availability, and ETA immediately, using the method that I asked them to, and were very friendly while explaining the options to me. When I retrieved the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had even thoroughly cleaned it, inside and out, which I did not pay for and was not expecting! The extra care and attention to detail is much appreciated and I will definitely be recommending Adesa to anyone I know in need of repair.

Justin, and. the Adesa team are amazing. Ive brought in several vehicles with damage over the years. And every single time has been amazing. If I find an issue or if there’s something I don’t like, They just say bring it in we’ll take care of it. And they do every single time. I so appreciate Their attention to detail. When my new pickup was hit this year, I was devastated. But Justin assured me that he will only use brand new Parts. And not the refurbished or secondhand ones the insurance company wants you to use. This is more than a body shop, This is like having a friend in the industry to fight the insurance companies. And at the end of the day, my truck was fixed just like brand new and Justin took care of everything with the insurance company. And it was a lot of work to say the least. We have lots of choices in the valley for Auto body, but make no mistake. I will not be taking my vehicle vehicles anywhere other than Adesa.

Adesa Auto Body is one of those shops you hear good things about again and again. They take real pride in their work, and it shows in their attention to detail and professionalism. It’s great seeing a local auto body shop that’s known for doing things the right way and treating customers well. Definitely a trustworthy name in the community when it comes to collision repair.

I wish I could give them 100 stars, TRULY. A friend recommended Adesa after I totaled my car, expressing how helpful Justin had been to her after she had totaled her car. During the entire process Justin kindly, respectfully and gently walked me through every step. I truthfully had no idea what I was doing and he was quick to explain everything and answer all of my questions. You can tell from the get go that they care about YOU and how to best serve you, not squeeze you for money. We have some upcoming repairs needed on my husband's car and although they are nearly an hour away there is no question we will be returning to Adesa because of how well we were treated. I have to shoutout Sam as well because every interaction I had with her was amazing and she was so kind to me. I really can't say enough GOOD. Just do yourself a favor and work with them. Trust me.

All around great shop. Adesa fixed the light body damage to the front fender and blended the new paint into the driver side door and hood. 28 year old metallic gray paint and they matched it perfectly, very impressed. Zero over spray, etc. Justin was great to work with - professional, knowledgable, and straight to the point. He took the time to pursue a supplement payment from the insurance company for the hood blend. Beyond expectations and I'm very particular about my truck....highly recommend.
